I was referred to this place and later found my moving company received a kick back. I dont recommend it if you are storing personal belongings. It seems best for storing non household goods. There seemed to be a spider infestation in my unit (see the attached pictures). I received little help when addressing the matter. The GM April has shrugged off calling me back after many attempts. I was forced to throw away my couch, my bedding and pillows and some clothing. I visited frequently to check on my stuff and to spray for bugs but it didnt seem to stop them. Before my move I picked up my bedding to clean everything so it would be fresh for my move in and tens of the kind of spider that is pictured twice on the floor of my unit crawled out of my pillows, comforter and sheets. It was not a pleasant experience. I have yet to be compensated by the insurance company or had an actual discussion with the GM. Think twice before renting here. I sank a lot of money, spent a lot of unnecessary time and have been met with quite a bit of frustration with this situation.

I called for boxes. Their answering service said they had X and Y sizes and gave me pricing info. Showed up to pick up boxes and the price had mysteriously gone up 25%! When I said I was told by "Jennifer" at their service that the boxes we less expensive I was told that they dont use a service. So, I called their number again and it went to the service. The person at Green and Son just lied to me. I dont think Ill be taking them up on their offer to rent me a truck and storage. Go somewhere else where the truthful people are!

Trucks were nice, newer models and clean. Chris and Kristen performed excellent customer service even during a very busy time. Ive rented uhaul all over the country and this was, by far, one of the best rental experiences! Thanks guys. We will continue to use Green and Sons for all of our moving needs.
