Their website and facilities are clean, attractive, and easy to access. The one HUGE drawback is that you absolutely HAVE TO HAVE YOUR STORAGE UNIT CLEANED OUT AND LOCK TAKEN OFF ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH when leaving and terminating your contract. They make no exceptions. Even if you cant get over there for a day and move out say on the first or on the second of the month, they will charge you the full months rent.. .. If you dont pay they report you to the creditors (credit card company) to get their money. Theyre not very nice, and they do things by the book with absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.. be sure that you can meet their demands or youll be out a lot of money like many others have.

Exceeded my expectations. The best price for my medium/large unit. Can accommodate an 18-wheel moving truck. Just re-paved. Very clean. Excellent security--need a pass-code to get out (as well as get in), and you need to know both the unit number and PIN to get in.The managers live on site and answer calls after business hours. Feel safe late at night. Accept deliveries. Offer pallets for free if you want them. Excellent prices on locks. 24/7 access. Easy drive from downtown. Extremely helpful with my last-minute requests. Nice when I signed up--havent needed to see them since.

I just called to ask about renting a storage unit and the size I asked for (based on the website) apparently doesnt exist there. I asked what the smallest unit was that they had available and they said 11x20 which isnt on the site. Just a heads up to anyone trying to do research on their website before calling them.
