ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I will never rent from a Red Dot Storage facility again, nor will I allow any of my family or friends to do so either. Strike 1: In only the first few months of them taking over the facility from a locally owned private business they raised the rates. Strike 2: Over 30 people were kicked out of our current facility for them to perform "an unknown construction effort." I get the fact its their property and they can do what they want with it, however, we were all given notification on Tuesday 11/15/2016 that we had to be out by the following Sunday 11/20/2016 before they began to tow vehicles. Keep in mind that we are talking outdoor storage spots, which includ; large trailers, numerous RVs/motorhomes, boats, etc... Not exactly something thats easy to just find a spot for. Another extremely convenient fact; the Red Dot storage policy only allows for a prorated rental fee within the first 15 days of the month which is the day they called at 3 oclock in the afternoon, and they would not credit any of the accounts until our property was removed. So for those counting, to get a refund, thats approximately 9 hours to not only find another location for storage, but to make arrangements for the move of property. Dont be the strike 3 or youll be out too!!! Stay away and take your business elsewhere!!!

I chose my storage unit because it was the cheapest one of its size in the area, but I was pleasantly surprised (once I got over some initial confusion over how things worked) by how easy it was to set up and make payment via kiosk. Much more convenient than some other storage facilities I have dealt with. Although I spoke with several representatives on the phone, Im afraid I cannot remember any of their names, but they were all quite pleasant and helpful.

Clean, dry facility. Prompt to help in answering questions and you get to speak to a live person--not some robot. Very efficient operation and willing to help through difficult moving and storage times.

I love the secure entrance now since you guys took over and I also appreciate the timely email reminders about my bill. I just read some other reviews. Theres a kiosk on site? Can I pay my bill there?

Im not very happy because the units have not been secured since you took over Wisconsin Storage no security gates have been working. I dont feel my belongings are safe here.

Nice location. Very secure and clean. Storage is a nice size. A little pricey....and i dont like that kiosk doesnt give change.
