Poor excuse of a business Normally, I hardly ever take the time out to write reviews on companies, but this was a MUST!!! Over the past four months. Ive had the worst customer service I can possibly think of with this place!.... from September 2016 till December 31st 2016. I moved from a previous storage company, to come here thinking that things were going to be a lot better. Especially as far as customer service, not having to worry about any rodents in my unit, and being able to have climate control BUT boy was I wrong. Every time an issue came up everybody was always rude or nice nasty no matter if I spoke to the district manager the property manager or anyone at customer service. If someones paying your company monthly, you should provide nothing but the best customer service and no matter what in order to keep your business up and going. Obviously thats not the case with Public Storage. Ive been locked in this story a couple of times too many for one. Secondly about 2 weeks ago, one night I couldnt get in for no reason at all. I had to call customer service around 8:15, which took them 15 minutes to get on the line and when she did she still couldnt figure out why the gate wouldnt let me in, even though my bill had been paid. After she finally figured out a code for me to get in, it was 5 minutes till closing. So obviously I didnt have time to get in, to get what I need it. The last STRAW for me was December 22nd. I was locked in the storage at 9:01, and had to call to speak to speak to one of the rude and nice nasty representatives, who gave me several codes that would not work and get me out of the gate..... which I think is so stupid to have all of these codes and not one of them let you out the gate. I DONT CARE IF IT WAS AFTER HOURS, IF IM SCUFFLING, AS I WAS ,TO PAY my money to you MONTHLY there shouldve been a way for you to have let me out of this facility! There should be common courtesy no matter WHAT. Too add, my phone died, & I had to walk across the street to AutoZone, to borrow their phone to call the police, whom didnt bother to show up either! Then I tried calling customer service back several times, who constantly sent me to voicemail!! SO BECAUSE I ONLY HAVE MYSELF TO COUNT ON, WITH NO MONEY, NO ONE TO COME GET ME, I WAS FORCED TO STAY IN MY CAR ALLLLLL NIGHT, TIL 6AM THE NEXT DAY! WHICH WAS ABSOULTELY TERRIBLE....TERRIFIED OF SOMEONE ATTACKING ME, NO SLEEP, & HAD TO BE AT WORK IN 2HOURS. I truly wish that I would have been able to get all of my things out of that place the same day! But because I work two jobs, I was only able to get out little by little here and there. Up until my off day December 31st. I worked VERY hard.... driving 20 minutes at a time...hauling my items in my car, to my apartment only being able to carry one item at a time, up and down the steps by myself from, 9:30 a.m. that morning til 9p.m that night getting ALL my things out before January 1st AND I DID!! (Roll the tape back) I even tried asking the manager or staff member if they could go ahead & close out my account because I had a few more things to get it all out, in time to notify them before they closed. I was told no, and that was in order to try to stick me with a bill that I dont OWE. Because I had everything out December 31st!... the camera shows it! However, its okay because Im going to make sure I tell everybody I come in contact with what a TERRIBLE company this IS and that they should go elsewhere!!! Eventhough I have no room in my tiny apartment for all of my items, Id rather have it piled up to the SKY, than to be giving my money to a HORRIBLE PLACE LIKE THIS! Thank you for making me $76 per month RICHER!

Incredible experience! Very clean space, lots of room, safe atmosphere! Carts at the ready for assistance with boxes, furniture, etc. Spacious elevator fits everything! The price is right!! I was expecting a higher price but at the time of purchase it wound up being cheaper than expected, and it was initially cheaper than everywhere else around!!! Most impressive is the service provided at this location! Very sweet woman running the front desk! Jerrica took care of every worry and concern I had! She heard everything I had to say and she reassured me, She was attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions! This place interested me for its price and because its indoors, but Jerrica is the main reason we sealed the deal! She made me feel very secure in the decision to choose Public Storage! Excellent worker, deserves a raise!!!

I went h3re yesterday and got a storage unit from Ashley Fords. She walked me through the place and explained the process efficiently and quickly, and helped me select a great option (storage unit space) with very little trouble. Then when I came back the next day to make an account for a discrepency, she helped me take care of it. She makes things look easy, and she was even taking care of me while she was sick! She needs a raise, man. Let me tell you what. I hope someone reads this. >:| Ill make sre it gets noticed, one way or another.

Came by to get moving supplies a few months back and Melissa helped me get what I needed. Extremely friendly and knew her stuff about the products in the store. Shes the first person to never try and push me to buy anything I didnt need. Her professional and friendly approach won me over. I will definitely go back there if I need anything and I will highly recommend her services and her store to my friends and family. Melissa is awesome!

The prices to rent a unit here were a little high compared to another climate controlled storage facility I found that was the same size and almost half the price. Overall though, the location is convenient. Melissa in the office was a HUGE help and friendly compared to other places I went to look at storage units! She went above and beyond to help me with my unit and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Today I went into this location today to purchase three boxes. The young lady at this location Jalecia was very helpful and so professional; her customer service skills were outstanding. I like to brag when I receive great customer service because it is a skill that everyone does not have she was exceptional and I will recommend this location to all of my friends.

The staff at Public Storage Cordova were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.I came on a Sunday to view the storage and then back on Tuesday to actually purchase. Mrs.Keesha made the process so easy and I truly appreciate her expertise and professional manner. If u need to store look no more! Go to this location!
