The experience I endured evolving Shadden Tire South earlier today was extremely terrible. At first, all appeared well. I had called a few machine shops early this morning to have some bushings pressed on a few different suspension parts. All the shops were either too busy, or said they didnt have the correct tools for the job. Both responses were completely understandable and respectable. One shop referred me to call Shaddens and said they could do it. I then called them, and the gentlemen told me he a would be able to do the job. I dropped off my parts at approximately 8:20am. I get a call at noon telling me that they tried to press one bushing and had no lunck, so they decided they probably couldnt do it. So I went back to retrieve my parts. And when I get there, the one and only bushing they attempted to install was in backwards and so mangled it was rendered useless. Then the guy I was dealing with from Shaddens insists that I am wrong and practically argues with me. I asked him to remove the bushing so I could either salvage it and have someone else install it, or at least buy another. Then he tells me its defiantly in correctly, but isnt going in all the way.... For some reason. All I know is, I am extremely displeased by this experience and will be sure to relay to any of my constituents that Shadden Tire is not a place to bring your business.

Wayne and the gange treat you like family literally. If you do business here you will notice pretty quick they make you feel right at home. They will get you in and out as fast as they can and they have worked on our vehicles many times and we have bought lots of tires from them and have yet to be disappointed. They also have a nite drop which is very convenient. It is a family owned business that has stayed in the same family for 50 years or better. They stay pretty busy here and for a good reason. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Good warranties. Will work with you for suggested tire repair. Rotate and balance at no charge. Good Alignment Service. I have dealt with them for over 20 years. Always Fair. I have purchased over six full sets of tires. Between my trucks and my wifes cars. Some Goodyear tires. Some Michelin Tires. I take all my Automotive issues to them. They get to know your vehicles. Great Place. It takes great people to get it done. Always very courteous to me. Will even take me back to the job site sometimes.

I took my car in for routine maintenance and they found there was a major safety issue. They told me it would take a couple day to get parts. When I informed them I had to be on the road the next day for work. They found a way to get it done, what I thought would be at least 24 hrs. In under 6. Thank you. I was able to make my deadline. Id recommend this garage to everyone!!!!!!

I broke down on the interstate with a flat tire. They sent out a reasonably priced tow truck which got there in 25 minutes. I paid 50 bucks for the tow. Two new tires at a great price, from the time I called them to the time I was back on the road was an hour and 40 minutes. Id recommend them to anybody in the same situation.

Great staff great Services fixed my truck up even did some stuff I didnt expect they could find. They found what was wrong with my truck after three different dealerships couldnt find out nor could AutoZone after hooking it up to the computer I sure do appreciate it definitely stop in really great prices also

Showed up late afternoon, 150 miles from home, with a tire problem on our 5th wheel camping trailer. Shadden put three guys on the job and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. Treated us more like family than just customers.
