Went here on black Friday to get 4 new tires and an alignment done on my car. The staff were nice. However after I left I noticed a rubbing noise and a lot of vibration while driving. Took it back that day. They said my fender had came loose from the slot it slid into. So they put two screws in to hold it in place. They also told me that they torqued the lug nuts 3 times. Well when the guy brought my car to me he proceeded to tell me that I had 2 lug nuts that had been loose on my front driver side that caused the vibration. Well here it is a week later and my car started making noise again, this time in the back on the driver side. Well I had another mechanic look at it this time and come to find out there were 2 lug nuts loose on my back driver side tire. These people at Firestone need to learn how to torque the lug nuts properly. I have never had a problem with my lug nuts not being torqued right anywhere else I have gone. Make sure you check your lug nuts if you get work done here!

Had the worst experience here. My vehicle was in the shop for 2.5 hours with an appointment. When I asked how much longer it would be, two employees got defensive and went out of their way to make my experience bad. I would highly discourage spending your hard earned money here. Corporate was kind enough to refund my lifetime alignment that I purchased since I dont plan on going back for service in the future.

Went in for alignment and balance. I had replaced front brake pads and rotors in march 5 months ealier. They put 2 new tires on front. Never said word about brakes calipers or rotors. Couldnt get it aligned. So went back few days because pulling hard. Passenger caliper frozen. They never said word about it when they put new tires on. DONT TRUST THEM. VERY UNRELIABLE.

Great group of people, very knowledgeable and personable. They also have no problem rectifying any mistakes. They missed my appointment and had to reschedule my service and they definitely made it up on my final bill. Love this place for all my service needs.

Not sure why people cant just say the truth insted of hiding behind a keyboard, this shop is as honest a shop you will ever find, hard working well trained employees in the area..just a shame people cant not just be truthful.

Not really sure I would go back here. Friendly service but they came back several times with more issues they found wrong with my car. Wasnt sure if I was being taken advantage of.
