my son recently purchased a used f150 he traded in a f250 that was actually worth about 10 thousand more than the F150. the F150 was hit on there lot prior to my sons purchase. when my son took his test drive in the f150 the parts to fix the door and rear panel where in the truck. Thru the dealing for the truck my son eventually decided to take the truck as is WITH THE PARTS THAT WERE IN THE TRUCK THE WHOLE TIME! the salesman and he shook on the deal and he even spoke to who ever was in charge. this happened on a Saturday late afternoon. so his bank was closed so had to wait to complete this sale till Monday. so on Monday morning while my son was working he recieves a call from the salesman that oh SORRY BUT THOSE PARTS WONT BE COMING WITH THE TRUCK. BUT YOU CAN BUY THEM IF YOU WANT TO. Now remember they shook on the deal Saturday and it was confirmed . My husband called Sheryll Haag personally and explained to her what happened and her first response was oh we dont let things leave our lot unfixed ! And said let me get back to you. eventually she got back to him and her response was oh we dropped the price of the truck all ready so we cant give him the parts but we can sell him them for wholesale. And she said that was our mistake the parts should not have been in the truck during the test drive.So my son has to pay for there mistake. My husband said look the parts were in the truck the salesman completed the sale shook my sons hand confirmed with whoever was in charge the GSM gave him the ok. And her response was well this is what it is. they were willing to lose the sale over 400.00 in parts. We will never buy another vehicle from them again. the rudest people we have ever had to deal with. They fully took advantage of my son. And apparently the owner does not care about good customer service. do your self a favor and drive right by there lot. my son says this will be the first and last deal he ever does with haag ford, he wont even go back to get an oil change or, buy parts, or any other services from them ever again.

I cannot say enough about the service at this dealership. My husband and I were traveling from Michigan to Tenneessee with our Ford Explorer hauling a Harley trailer, when we started having car troubles. We pulled off at the Greendale exit where our car promptly died at the intersection. Luckly for us this dealership was just a mile down the road. Just as soon as we were towed into the place, we were greeted by Jamie Lawless who started to get the ball rolling in terms of getting the car in the service center to diagnose our problem. Everyone there was so kind and friendly. Although unable to make any gaurantee, they assured us they would do their best to figure out what was wrong and get us back on the road. They gave us a ride to a nearby casino where we grabbed lunch within a short period of time they called with the diagnosis, which turned out to be an alternator issue. They said they could have us back on the road within a few hours. Four hour later, and a few buck short from the slot machines....lol They had us up and running and on our way! The car road great the rest of the way to Tennessee and all the way back to Michigan a week later. Great service team, friendly, courteous, knowledgable and efficient !

I had been taking my 2011 F-150 to Haag Ford every 5,000 since new for the multi-point inspection, oil change and tire rotation. At 50,000 miles, both the inspection sheet and the work order indicated that my brakes needed no service. 2,000 miles later, the inside pad was metal-to-metal on the rotor on the right front axle. So, instead of having to have new pads installed, I also had to have the rotors replaced which added $266 to the job. The service advisor told me the technician that worked the 50,000 mile service probably only checked the outside pad, which still had sufficient pad remaining. They offered nothing more than an apology; didnt even clean the brake dust and rust off of the rims nor did they inspect the rear brakes again when they replaced the front end components to make sure that the technician inspected the inside pads there.

Drove to HAAG from NKY. Bought my beautiful 2006 f350 6.0 from Cody. Not only did they give me exactly what I wanted for my trade but Cody has stayed in touch with me on several occasions to answer questions I have about the 6.0. Will definitely go back to HAAG. UPDATE: Google will not let me write 2 reviews. 2/27/17 What can I say about Cody Curry at Haag Ford? He ordered me exactly what I wanted, a 2017 f350 SD Lariat. He talked with me for hours on the phone and texted with me at all times of day to make sure we had the exact deal we wanted. He took FOUR vehicles in trade and gave me fair prices on every one of them. Thanks Cody and Haag Ford!

I recently bought a used 2013 F-150 from Haag Ford. Mike Bird was the sales rep who helped me through the inspection and evaluation of the truck. He was really professional, and was able to accommodate me when I asked to put the truck on a vehicle lift so I could inspect the underside of the truck. He did not pressure me, and laid out the cost breakdown of the truck, and my trade-in. I never felt hussled, and he has give me top-notch support in the two weeks since I have owned the truck. Id definitely work with Mike again when Ford debuts the long awaited and much rumored diesel F-150!

Spend $100k in parts and 2 new cars in a years time. Try and Warranty a $100 part I bought from you and Im told to go to Walt because "thats who you deal with more now" ???? Glad we made that decision to follow good customer service when the old parts manager went there. **** **** **** ******** ******!!!!
