Was told (by best one tires) that I could stop in to check a few warning lights on my car. When I got there they then, without thought, told me they had no time at all (they closed in 3 hours and there was no one else waiting). Im familiar with using VCDS for analysis and the time it takes to run (not that bad really, Ive watched them do it at dargies many times). I think they might be incompetent or lazy because they did not give a second thought to my request. Perhaps they just have much much more competent people at Dargies and therefore, its not a good comparison, but I am still really disappointed. If you are looking for quality, industrious, and friendly service, I dont recommend coming here.

Last night we took our car to Best One because the brakes were making a loud, knocking sound. We are new to the area and so I googled mechanics and the reviews for this place were pretty good. Just picked up my car and while the brakes are now fixed, the ABS light is now on. It was NOT on before they touched my car. When asked about this, they stated it was already on and there was nothing they could do, unless we paid money to have it hooked up to the computer. When asked if they made note it was on when they received the car, they stated no. What a joke! I would not recommend this place and I definitely will not be patronizing them again!

Had a brake pad fall out of my rear caliper. The pads really needed replaced but i didnt pay attention. Damage done to both rear rotate and calipers. Replaced the entire rear system and the front pads. Also got an oil change for under a grand. And got it back in one day. Total parts was over $600 and labor was about half that. Regardless to say they did amazing work at a reasonable cost and did it in a very short time frame. A+, Ill be bringing my vehicles back here for everything I need from now on.

I had very good service. Told them what I thought was wrong. They called to let me know the problem and cost. Asked them to do couple other tasks. And job was done 3 hrs later. Cost was economical to me. For what was done. Very happy with service. Thank you to Clint and Roger! Keep up the good work! Also I am not from around here, I picked a good place for auto repair. Just so you know.

When they told me the issues with my car, they even let me come out to take a look for myself so they could show me what the issues were. Thank you everyone at this location. Went in seeking help on transmission problem. Came back with no news on that, a bunch of wasted gas (had never even looked under the hood), and a belt that was loose on my front tire had become unmanageable over night after they fiddled with it. Will never go back. Will never let them touch my car again.

We broke down with a busted CV Joint in Richmond, IN and I heard nothing but good things from the locals about this place. They were able to get me in on a Saturday, get my CV Axle replaced for a great price and send me and my family to continue on our trip. Absolutely recommend these folks to anyone.

Loved this place. Had a huge bolt in my tire. Caused the tire to go completely flat. I put my spare on and dropped the tire off here to see if it could be patched. They had it done in 30 minutes. Put it back on. And filled all my tires up with air. For only 21$..i was very happy. Friendly people!!

The guys are always honest, friendly and professional. The prices are fair and usually less than anyone else in town. They do a great job of getting repairs done in a reasonable amount of time. My husband and I always suggest Best One to anyone in need of repairs to their vehicle.

I have bought our last 4 sets of tire from here and while they might have cost a few dollars more than other places the service and employees more than offset that. Also, the owners are wonderful about supporting many local charities and youth sports programs.

they did pretty right by me when I had a spark plug malfunctioning. they are in a convenient location and got the job done fairly quickly. I did have a similar problem reoccur a while latter but it might have been the fuel injector that time.

I have never had a issue with them. I have taken my car and truck there plenty of times. They are a little pricy when it comes to replacing parts (brakes, rotors ect) but as far as tires, coolant flush, ect they are very reasonable.

I have never had any problems with Best One, and have had them work on all of my vehicles over the past couple of years. They always treat me right and I will continue to take my vehicles there as long as I am treated right.
