Im from Georgia and we had flown up to purchase a vehicle from a family member that had been sitting for several years. The truck need wheels and tires. Not only did Larry go out of his way to order the wheels and tires for me over the phone, but there were some vibration issues driving the truck at higher speeds. We took it back twice in the same day to see if they could fix it, thinking it was a balancing issue. Larry and his team went out of their way to do what they could for us and get us back on the road to Georgia. The issue ended up being something totally different that they couldnt fix at their shop. They diagnosed the problem for us and made sure they did everything in their power to make the truck safe to drive. We appreciate their efforts and will be back to Tires Plus if we happen to be up there and in need of tires again.

I had a tire blow late night on my way to my best friends wedding. A local tow truck driver recommended this location. I was so thankful, not only did they have me back on the road as soon as the store opened but they were also very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone! Just ask for Larry the store manager and he will take care of you like one of his own.

My wife decided to get the tire with a slow leak plugged while I was at work instead of waiting and they charged her $40 plus tax for a simple plug from a nail hole. The kits cost $5 dollars or less how the hell you explain that up charge. Many place around would have charged less than that. My wife didnt know any better and they took advantage. Assholes!!

Always get great service here, always finished when they say it will be, friendly staff, Larry Cruise has always treated us wonderfully and made us feel like our concerns and needs were important and checks out any of those crazy noises I tell him I hear LOL

Came in 6 minutes before closing after the tire on our trailer blew out on I-70, after going to three other stores the people at Michel understood our problem and helped us get our tire fixed in 10 minutes. Amazing people and amazing work.

While traveling through Indiana, we had our low tire alert come on. Stopped to have it checked and they promptly checked the pressure and sensors. Everything was fine so we were on our way again. Best thing was, they did that at no charge!

Wife had car troubles and we feel overcharged based off estimates we got from some other mechanics after the fact, but the real kicker was that they forgot to reconnect 3 different hoses when they gave the car back.
