We moved to this area January of 2013. Crye Leike was the realtor of choice for my husbands company. We spoke to the office manager, told her our criteria, which included a local person who could help us with choosing a neighborhood because we have a middle schooler. Our main desire was a one story. The first realtor she assigned us sent us a list of 2 stories on zero lots. So I called the office manager and said I was very sorry but I would like to get a different realtor. She gave us Susan Hayman. So, Susan seemed very nice at first. She at least tried to find one stories. That was exactly where anything positive ends. She showed her true colors very quickly. She was pushing us to go with a local builder. She was very condescending about just about everything I would say. For instance I said something about a survey on property with no fence. She stated "They do not do surveys in TN." All the while rolling her eyes at me. Im a grown educated woman! She was very sweet to my husband though. It was so stressfull. We were driving up to our current home, and she looked at her phone and said, "Well, they just got a contract." I said, "Well contracts fall through all the time. Lets look at it." We did at my insistence. The contract did fall through, and we got the house. However, she did not want to ask for repairs. Her response? "Well, you will have a warranty." She started acting like she was very concerned about the sellers, saying things like, "They are so tired." We ended up spending an entire day at closing because she did not get a receipt for a $75 inspection. The closing almost did not happen. We actually had to beg the lender to remove that and we would write her a check. We finally closed that evening, and when we arrived at the house, we discovered there were no keys. She was extremely rude and asked if we could drive to her and pick them up. Then she called us while we were driving and said they buyers would like to cut pieces of a mural out of a wall within the next week or two. That was nixed. During the closing she kept saying how she had this great closing gift, but she never gave us anything. It really did hurt my feelings. Call me silly. It was probably nothing. This is the most expensive house we ever bought, and it turned into a horrible experience. And to top it off, the home warranty had to be used about 20 times for constant repairs, including the air conditioner going out, major water leaks; and then we had to go outside of the warranty company often because they were just horrible. She picked and hired the inspectors and I do not think they did a good job. I would not recommend her. I hope I never see her. Do not use her. The manager of that office called me and said they got our letter. The person who really needs to see it is out sick, but we will contact you soon. We never heard back from anyone.

JC and Sarah Connolly are by far the best real estate agents that I have ever worked with. They take their time with you and never make you feel pressured during the home buying process. One of the biggest pluses is that they are team, so there is always at least one of them available for you (even for a late night/weekend viewings.) Also, they are in their early 30s so they are great about knowing all of up and coming places in the Franklin and Nashville area. I would recommend this duo to any new comer or native to the Nashville/ surrounding area. You definitely wont be sorry. You will not only have a great set of realtors, but great new set of friends in Nashville!

I would never ever recommend Crye-Leike to anyone for property management. They continuously messed things up on a brand new house, which was super easy to manage. The latest thing we found out is they did not make the last tenants pay for damage they did where they bathroom overflowed, then they never told us it was on the walk-through list from the new tenants. Costing us $500.
