We had the BEST experience with Post and Company! Mike Post is an excellent realtor and I would recommend him to anyone, buying or selling. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I needed a tremendous amount of support and advice. Mike was there for us the whole way! He walked us through the entire process with kindness, patience, and expertise. He was always readily available to answer questions or show us listings; we always felt like we were a priority for him. We had a very specific area in which we wanted to live and with a strict budget in a hot market, finding a home was no easy task. But Mike never tried to persuade us away from our goals and he always encouraged us when we were feeling down. His positive attitude and hard work resulted in us finding an amazing home that we love! Mike is very honest and professional in his advice; hes never going to try to sell you on something, sugar-coat a potential negative, or gloss over important details. Its always clear that his first priority is finding you the best house, not just any house. Hes always on time and he never drops the ball on any detail, no matter how small. Hes also exceptionally thorough all the way through closing. His help navigating the contract and closing process was just as valuable, if not more, than his work finding our home since we were totally new to this! He made what can be an extremely stressful process as smooth and enjoyable as possible! Were so happy in our new home and have Mike to thank.

What can I say about Coach? Hes simply one of a kind. My wife and I closed on our house on the 31st of December and had our son on the 10th of January. Needless to say, its been pretty hectic around here. Without Mike Post, though, we couldnt have gotten through this whole thing unscathed without him. Prime example... Three days out of closing we get our final appraisal. The thing came back $15k less than what we had it for under contract, and thats when the ever-composed Coach Post kicked it into high gear. Within five minutes he had pulled and sent five comps in our new neighborhood that proved our homes value to be true to the contracted price, saving us literally fifteen grand cash!!! His knowledge of the market and the inner-workings of this industry are second to none. Hes savvy. Hes kind and incredibly honest. Hes always in control, but never controlling...know what I mean. The biggest thing about Coach, though...and the reason why I will recommend him to everybody in Nashville...is because it doesnt matter how much your house is valued. It doesnt matter how much you buy or how much you sell for. When working with Mike, youll feel like the most important person in the world. Hes a great realtor...but an even better person.

I cant speak highly enough about Mike Post. My boyfriend and I were both first time home-buyers, and had absolutely no idea what to expect. Mike was beyond amazing, guiding us through the entire process. Mike was able to answer every one of our questions and seemed to have things ready for each step in the process before we even knew what we needed. He was never pushy, and was a true buyers agent for us...always wanting only for us to be satisfied, never trying to sell us on anything. As first time home-buyers, he offered helpful advice when looking at homes - pointing out pros and cons of each property and making sure we understood any issues we might have with each home in the future. He was quick to answer phone calls/texts/emails - even late at night and early in the morning. We really couldnt believe how easy the entire process was, and we credit Mike with that. Where to even begin? Mike is the best there is. He could not have made buying a home any more enjoyable and stress-free than it was. For starters, Mike has the best personality and is very likeable; he is easy to talk to, easy to connect with, and is great at communicating. He never made me feel dumb for the million questions I had, he always had our best interest in mind, and gave his honest opinion on a home or an area; you could tell that he actually cared about us and what we wanted rather than just making the sale. He always replied to e-mails and phone calls very promptly and checked in throughout the process just to make sure we were doing okay and had all our questions answered. I could go on and on about how awesome Mike is, but in the end, I can only say that I highly, highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
