Juan Carlos is amazing, the end!!! I contacted him regarding a home my husband and I were interested in seeing. He responded via email, text and phone call within 4 hours. We set up an appointment 2 days later. The house was not what we expected and we did not have an official realtor at the time. He was not pushy, just asked general questions regarding what we were looking for...instantly a light went off and he said we have to see a home that is not "on the market yet" but could be exactly what you are looking for. It was!!! We made an offer that day and he communicated with us almost daily until we closed. He made our dreams for the perfect home come true. We also used him for the sale of our home and it sold within two days for the listing price. I think Juan is as perfect as it gets for both the purchase of your home and the sale!!!

He doesnt want to talk to you if he thinks you are to young, or if you dont appear wealthy. I drove 2 hours to see him and look at houses and when I arrived he didnt show up and his assistant only showed me one house that was in poor condition. I beg you to go with any other realtor.
