Onsite Investments

The first "broker" I called (Mike) said "youd probably be happier with someone else, and hung up on me. The next four "brokers" didnt answer their phones. Then I reach Phil Thomas. I asked if he had a minute to talk and he said "I dont". Then I called the office and spoke with a girl named Clowee. I asked to speak with the managing Broker and Clowee said she just left the office and wouldnt be back for a week. So I explained to Clowee what I had just been through. She completely did not care. She said (exasperatedly) that there was nothing they could do about any of their brokers and if I wanted to I could "call their head office in Carmel". I said I could also just call another realty company. Clowee said "yeah, you could do that too." WOW! No one ever gave a chance to tell them I was a local investor with 17 properties to sell in their area. I doubt if they would have cared. I then called Keller Williams Realty. Short story? Keller Williams now has ALL my business.
