I was a first time homebuyer when I met Brian. I honestly didnt know the first place to begin when I was thinking about buying a house. From the first time I met Brian I knew I was in the right hands. We met and sat down so Brian could get a feel for me and what I was looking for. Brian opened up my options to many different areas of town. After I decided where I wanted to be he did everything he could to find me houses in my location. I soon found my perfect house and was putting in an offer. Brian guided me every step of the way always answering my questions and concerns. I learned a lot from working with Brian. Any time I had a question of suggestion Brian would listen and guide me in the right direction. I was always able to get ahold of him. If I could give Brian ten stars on here I would. I would suggest Brian Copeland to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Not only did I find a realtor but I feel like I have a new friend.

Unfortunately there are a few badly written, threatening and hate-filled reviews that stem from misplaced anger and fear over his one desire to serve the community and stand up for ALL neighbors no matter where they come from. It is people of all ethnic, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds that make up this most wonderfully diverse and tolerant city of Nashville. Realtors connect people and connect neighbors and that is exactly why I would recommend him as your realtor. Ben (from below), I thank you for informing us in your review that there are signs available welcoming our neighbors! As of right now it appears the signs are so popular they are very quickly selling out and will be on backorder until Feb 7th. Thank you Brian for your outstanding service to the community!

Great group of real estate agents!!! We worked with Megan Manly from Brians team. We loved both her & his energy & professional approach to selling our property. With our current real estate market, we were struggling to sell our condo. Megan made sure to set our expectations honestly & realistically. While she made no promises about how quickly she could sell our condo, the property sold just a few days after being listed! Just as impressively, it sold for 98% of the asking price. I agree with the other reviewer regarding our initial interview with Megan. She came to our interview well-prepared with a clear agenda on how our house would be marketed. We just loved working with Megan & Brian. Thanks so much!!

During a "buyers market" in 2009, our home was listed with another highly rated agent for four months. We had approx 40 showings and zero offers. Brian agreed to list our house and we had 2 offers within the first 3 weeks. We have a long story & I could go on & on, but the bottom line is that Brian gets results! He is the best of the best.

Brian Copeland sold my bungalow in East Nashville premarket by finding a buyer from his sphere. Sold for top dollar, relatively stress-free. Ive also sold one investment property and bought five through a 1031 exchange, using Brians counsel. Im a repeat customer and friend for life. I definitely recommend his service.
