Not quite sure as of yet. I will say that I called the business number regarding a house for rent. (I am actively looking for a house for rent). The lady called me back from a different number stating she had missed a call from me without referencing my voice mail that had stated I was interested in the house. She then preceded to try to rent me an apartment. I respectfully declined, I told her I was looking for a house for rent, she then said that she didnt have any houses for rent immediately before telling me she in fact DID have a house for rent for $950. (Im assuming this is the house I was interested in. ) She immediately swayed away from trying to rent me that one and instead told me of a mobile home out in the country. Why was her tone the entire time insinuating that I was not an eligible candidate for the house? She had only heard my voice? These kind of assumptions make me weary of renting from them. UPDATE* So I arrived about 10 minutes early to the location I was to meet Prime. The home was a trailer.... a trailer for $750 a month and electricity that runs $250 a month. Id be paying over a $1000 to live in a trailer. This is insulting to me as I originally called in regards to a house for rent. The lady which whom I spoke with did say mobile home, but in my mind Im thinking at least a double wide or something along those lines. No, a trailer. Thank you for wasting my time. Also, anyone referring to these ratings please know that the other two ratings are from the people of prime themselves, so no real critique. BE CAUTIOUS.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Sue took way too much time out of her schedule to look at properties with me all over Putnam County as well as Clay County, and Im very grateful for her. Without her help I wouldnt have found my home as quickly and as painlessly as I did. This team rocks!
