The Agent didnt even meet me at the location we went to look at. She texted me before hand and I never got to actually speak to her! She sent me a text saying "be warned, its a little eccentric." As I was walking into a downstairs apartment that I found posted on Craigslist. Talk about being caught off guard! To make it worse, when my boyfriend and I went to turn in our applications the guy at the front desk was insanely rude! He didnt smile, he didnt welcome us in, he was about as helpful as a rock. I said "Hey, I love your office, he shrugged and said thanks. I said, "Is Alicia here he said I dont know I havent seen her." I said, "Ok, well could you call her or something my phone is dead." He proceeded to call her and tell me that she would be in the office but he would be the person I am to turn in my application to. I knew then that I was screwed because this guy was full of bad vibes to begin with. Long behold, we were turned down because of "bad credit". There was no option for a bigger down payment or co-signer. Simply "turned down because of bad credit". Lets keep in mind that the only thing bad about mine or my boyfriends credit is a few medical bills, maybe a couple of parking tickets, and student loans. Obviously I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! They left a TERRIBLE taste in my mouth! They wasted my time (I am 32 weeks pregnant) they creeped me out they took my money they offended me. There are plenty of places to rent in Nashville. Unfortunately, I wanted a homier setting to bring my baby home to in September so I went with these guys. DONT make the same mistake I did. If it was this bad from the beginning I cant imagine what it would have been like if we had been approved and I would have been stuck dealing with them for GOD knows how long.

Found a property that I was really interested in that had been advertise for about 3 months. Messaged the staff to see if it was still available. The response was so rude and short just "it is." No welcoming gestures to move forward no offers to see the property or to get more details just "it is." When I asked if I could see the property on the weekend the employee just stated he wouldnt be able to do this weekend. Thats it. He didnt try and negotiate a different day or anything. I tried giving this company one last shot and asked if he would like to tell me when he is available and simply got the abbreviations for the days and times. I can completely understand why the property has been advertised for such a long time because the employee does not want to provide any welcoming customer service to potential renters. Absolutely horrible customer service. I can only imagine the headaches from this company when dealing with them about any maintenance issues or even just showing up to fill out an application.

They dont do business on Saturday or Sunday when most people are off work. I received a rather rude text message back about this after leaving a voicemail about one of the properties. I took my lunch break to meet the agent but he was late. When I showed up to look at the property, there was another lady there to view the property at the same time. The agent opened the door and immediately walked outside to talk on his phone. The place was nasty and needed to be painted. When asked, the agent said that he thought it would be cleaned and they "might do a little touch up painting." Both the other lady and myself basically walked out. Most unprofessional experience ever.

Have been renting from them for just about a month and have nothing but excellent things to say about the experience. Our property manager, Bryan Hawkins, is terrific. Quick response when asking to first see the property, helpful in the application process, friendly during the walkthrough and key exchange, and incredibly prompt and effective with our maintenance requests thus far. 10/10 thus far in the relationship with this group.
