Lying snakes! DO NOT TRUST MAINSTREET PROPERTIES! THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND STEAL FROM YOU! These people lied to me from the beginning saying they would do stuff they didnt do, such as replace carpet and clean the unit before we moved in, but no they sure didnt, and then they refused to fix the major problems with the unit such as MOLD, ANTS, FLEAS, HOLE IN THE DOOR WHERE INSECTS CRAWL IN, and more.. then when i moved out and paid every single day of my last months rent, they have the guts to say that I owe them for all the problems that i put up with in that house for 4 years. I will fight this in court if i have to!

They are always professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with the process and work hard to keep me informed. Their rental department process makes it nearly impossible to rent from them. How can anyone go into their office in person to fill out a form and check out a key between 8am and 3pm? You have to have a job to be able to qualify to rent from them. Allowing potential customers to send the information electronically and having a lock box for the key just makes good sense. So much for customer service!
