There is NO DOUBT that our home was featured as much as possible and this extra service that is FREE helped to sell our home. I do recommend The Avalar Team and I would choose Avalar again.

Randy takes good pics. Does poor job of keeping you informed. Hand to call broker myself to figure out how much I needed to bring to closing. Did not advocate on my behalf when buyers didnt switch electricity to their name and I got stuck with the bill.
