To be honest we were looking to rent and was referred to Russell from a friend that had already been station to Fort Campbell. Russell sent us everything for rent in our payment range and after seeing what was out there to rent, we had Russell send us the houses that would be in our payment range and was blown away at the difference. The houses were so high to rent compared to buying. Russell did not try to push us into buying he just gave us what we asked for. He did say it was better to buy then rent but had no idea how right he was. Russell had us in a house in 2 days which is what we needed. Been in the house now for a couple years and am so happy we decided to buy. We are also very please with Russell Harris as our Realtor in the Clarksville Tn ( Fort Campbell area). He calls us about every month or so and checks on us just to see how we are doing, not pushy or asking us to sell or buy, just checks on us, hes always a pleasure to talk to. Good guy.

I look at house online for a while before I came to Fort Campbell. I chose Russell Harris because I saw that he was on House Hunters on HGTV. He was great and was a down to earth guy that was just like your average guy that wanted to help. I was very happy with him. I am planning to sell soon and he will be our Realtor. Ive met several Realtors since I worked with Russell and must say that all the ones Ive met so far are like car salesmen. There was one very rude lady from Keller Williams that acted like she was better than everyone else. She reminded me of a snake. I hear that she does a lot of business but OMG she was not nice. Not sure how Russell and her compare on sales but I must say Russell has the qualities I want in a Realtor. When I leave Clarksville TN, I will still stay in contact with Russell for everything.

First of all, let me say that working with Russell has been nothing but an extremely positive experience. Russell sold us our house back in 2009. The experience then was 1st rate. Keeping tabs on him thru the years, we decided to contact him when it was time to sell. He came in and provided suggestions on what we needed to do. Following his guidance when it was time to take pictures and put the house on the market, he asked to show the house two days before it hit the market and we received an offer that day for full asking price. Russell does his homework and will answer all questions you have, even on Holidays, LoL. With all the homes on the market in our subdivision, we were worried. It turns out we were in good hands.
