After you sign your lease and move in to a Pritchett-Moore house, expect to be ignored for the rest of your time there. For two years, I had to pull teeth to have problems in the home so much as acknowledged by their property managers. When they were finally spurred to action, the problems were patched, not fixed. A leaking air conditioning unit was never replaced, just refilled with Freon so itd run another two weeks before giving out again. A constantly running toilet was never repaired. Emails about the resultant astronomically high power and water bills were ignored entirely. The staff at Pritchett Moore exists to take your rent payment and nothing more. I strongly recommend renting from someone else.
