Ruby Saucedo-Wiley- DONT USE THIS REALTOR! She was great until we made our first offer. Once the buyers agent contact was signed she was the cause of over a week delay in processing. She wrote the initial offer, went directly to the sellers realtor to discuss everything we told her without our consent, took days between contact needlessly, misguided us with our earnest money check (almost costing us the deal), carelessly worded the repair negotiation costing more time to counter their counter, she skipped town without telling anyone mid week, DID NOT write the final repair negotiation draft, and DID NOT show up for closing. She DID NOT respond in a timely manner, and mostly did so after 10pm via text our email. ALSO...Her repair guy took a pick axe to our siding, installing an item in the repair contract, and has not fixed it a month after closing. We would never recommend her!

If youre looking for a realtor with integrity and honesty, Ken Adams is the man to call. Weve dealt with realtors before who are all about the money, and impersonal - its less about you, and more about what is good for THEM. Not so with Ken Adams; he will work night and day to make sure he has done everything he can to make sure youre happy and that all your needs are met. Ken has the most integrity and honesty of any realtor that I have dealt with. Ken will take the time to answer any questions you may have with a straight forward answer. If you are looking for a realtor in the Clarksville, TN recommend any anyone any higher. I will never use any other realtor other than Ken.
