My roommates and I learned the hard way about leasing companies like this one that take advantage of students and first time renters. Issues we brought to the landlord ranging from maintenance to drug-dealing neighbors were either put off or resolved themselves (after a few days of using the nearby gas stations restroom, Whitworth finally processed our maintenance request, and the drug dealers started a fire at 2 a.m. that finally got them evicted). We also learned that the company went to every length to keep our deposit upon moving. By charging for normal wear and tear (such as repainting fees, carpet cleaning fees, etc.) we were made to pay $300 OVER our initial deposit for a unit that was clean and maintained by us, the tenants. Do not make the same mistakes we did, when other companies (like Delview--they were absolutely fantastic!) will treat responsible tenants fairly and rent their units for less to boot.

This company lacks integrity. They will take your security deposit and charge you additional fees for no reason at all. My apartment was spotless when I left it but they still tried to take my money until I threatened to sue. This company should not be in business. Do not move into their properties. Find somewhere else, trust me you will regret the decision if you do.
