The worst company we have ever had to work with. I had to call and get the time changed for the signing in the house instead of my realtor. Coldwell received over $7,000.00. No one at that office did anything to earn that amount of money? The MAIN reason we were not going to be able to close on time is they thought they were going to have to re- do the paper work "due to the realtor". 1. This is cost us another week not having our house on the market 2. I had to call the cable, trash, alarm company, and movers to reschedule. 3. My wife had to ask off again "which is very hard in her line of work" 4. My boss was not happy that I had to reschedule my day off! ! 5. Since our house did not sell with Coldwell Banker the month they had it we had to find another realtor. 6. Due to not signing on the date scheduled we had to wait ANOTHER week to put our house back on the market! 7. We lost over $1,500.00 because our house did not sell with their realtor. We have to make two house payments and lose $950.00 with USAA. Putting it mildly my wife and I will never use this company again. If you want buy or sell a home do your research. The realtor Coldwell assigned sold 4 houses in one year. The realtor we found sold 42 in one year. If you want to sell your house use Hodges & Fooshee Realtors. We had a contract on our house in less than a week with them.

He will take care of you and show the lay of the land. He has great taste, true understanding of the market values and a great personality. You will find an agent and a friend to work with. He is a keeper..I am working in Los Angeles CA, New Orleans LA and primarily in New York City, so I have perspective.

They were the seller of a home.... me and my wife canceled the contract requested a refund of ernest money.... 17 days later still do not have my funds... and now they are telling me it will be another 10 days untill they make sure the "Cashiers Check" clears the bank. Please stay away from these people.

Scott Zeller and his team of incompetent bovine groupies stole my money. Terribly unprofessional, flaky, ignorant, and unethical. Take your money and time to a real professional, because these people will waste both.
