This is my first time to have ever had an insurance claim on my home and I have been a home owner for 47+ years. Not knowing what to expect, I basically put my trust in Doug Price and 5 Points Roofing. Doug came out and explained the process from contract signing to last shingle being put on. When Mike Cates showed up with his crew, he too explained the process. I had many questions and did not hesitate to ask them. Bottom line is/was the entire process went exactly as both Doug and Mike said it would. Within 4 days after the job was completed and the insurance company paid their part, I received all applicable paper work via email from JJ Burkhardt who works in the office of 5PRC. 5PRC worked directly with the insurance company thereby removing any headaches for me. Let me say this in closing, the roof looks great, the job from start to cleanup was flawless for me and if I have to do it again, 5PRC will be my only option. Once again, thanks to Doug, Mike, and JJ for a job well done.

I had a pleasant experience with Five Points Roofing. When I filed a claim, the adjuster called a couple hours later saying hed be at my house in 30 minutes to look at my roof and nobody needed to be there (in fact, he said the roofer would only be in his way!). I immediately called my contact and he dropped whatever he was doing and went straight to my house so hed be there to talk to the claim adjuster. Im glad too, because he was going to leave with the intent of placing the front of the roof only. My contact said hey no, look at the back and thus got my whole roof replaced. They helped me though the whole process and always got back to me promptly no matter my question. When I came home, there was a new roof and no other trace of them having been there!

Unlike many companies, a manager will be at the site during the roof installation to ensure the work is done correctly. I know this first hand, they have installed my roof. Doug and Mike are some of the best, talented guys out there. Their service and attention to detail blew me away. My wife Heather and I are incredibly grateful for their service and our new, beautiful roof. Mikes team went above and beyond while they were at our house by inspecting everything on the roof and fixing mistakes from past work. Mikes team moved our patio furniture, cleaned up debris and were just very throughough and helpful. I cant say enough great things about our experience with 5 Points Roofing. 8/9/2017, Five Points Roofing did an excellent joy in removing our old roof and installed a quality roof with a life time warranty. I was impressed with the detail clean-up work that the roofing crew did at the end of the day. Andrew, the crew manager did a wonderful job of organizing the complete operation of the roofing project. Andrew stayed behind to inspect our new roof and take care of all the minor details, such as clean up around the yard and final inspection of the new roof. Fabulous experience. All supervisors were smart, knowledgeable and on top of their game and , more importantly, on top of my job. Job went extremely fast. Entire crew was professional, experienced and efficient. Not at all your usual roofers with a battered pickup and a couple of ladders. These guys knew what they were doing and came ready to do it. Job finished in two days and cleanup was thorough.Final bill was exactly as bid: fair and reasonable. I give Five Points fives in all phases of the job. Working with them almost makes me wish my new roof wont last 30 years.

Called Five Points after a very destructive storm came through. Doug came out and inspected our roof and found damage. We travel weekly for work so our home time is limited. Five Points worked within our schedule and finished in one day. They had a project manager on sight to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He even hauled our garbage to the dump when the garbage man missed our can. Five Points Roofing is the most professional roofing company I have used. Absolutely 5 stars. J. Nixon

Wow!!! What an awesome company. I dealt with Adam V. He was very professional and always was communicating to me where we were in the process of getting my roof. The work was second to none. They arrived at my house @ 7am precisely when they said they would. They were done with my roof and the clean up in about 6 hours and the quality was outstanding. Clean up was very thorough as well. I recommend 5 points to anyone wanting a professional company to handle their roofing needs.

Dont waste your time. These guys came recommended from a coworker whos family member worked there. Initially they came out and inspected for storm damage and suggested filing a claim. When it came time to meet the insurance company the company contact failed to answer phone calls or emails. If you want someone to come put a sign in your front yard and then do nothing else by all means call five points roofing. If you actually want your roof fixed call someone else.

We had ice damage a few years ago and Matt was able to do a quick repair for us. Then this year we lost most of our roof during the 2 months of major hail and wind storms.
