If you are using this company, I hope everything goes smoothly, because if you have any issues, you may get treated horribly, as I was. The owner, Doug, presented himself as a very arrogant, hostile person. I couldnt believe how unprofessional he was! I also spoke with another person by phone who said he was the other owner. He wasnt as rude as Doug, but he wasnt helpful either. He acted as though he just didnt care. I believe one of the most important factors to running a business is how you treat your customers when there is an issue. Its easy to act appropriately when everything goes smoothly, but true character and professionalism really shows and stands out when an issue needs to be addressed. The way you treat customers matters!

From the very beginning professional roofers have been fantastic! They inspected our roof for free, helped point out issues to our insurance adjuster, were flexible with their timing, gave us a free upgrade to architectural shingles and had the job finished within a week of the go ahead. Cannot recommend them enough, do not hesitate to use these guys.
