Have called 3 times in the last 3 weeks and no one has returned my call. Their front desk staff is in need of serious customer service training. One would think an estimate for an entire new roof would be a priority but that is not the case with this company. If they cant even be reached for a simple estimate who knows how long they would have taken to get back with me should I have an issue after the roof job.
