The positive - I greatly appreciated that this company was willing to work with me on short notice, as the date of completion for a new roof needed to be done by a certain date for insurance money. They completed the roof on time, at a (seemingly) fair price, and threw in the combing out of the A/C unit, which had some hail damage. The roofing specialist we worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to come out on short notice on a Saturday (while with his son) to get up on the roof to figure out an answer to an insurance question. The negative - I asked our roofing specialist during discussion of payment if the company offers a payment plan. He said they do NOT and that they require half of the full cost up front before completion of job, with the remainder to be paid in full within a week or two of completion. I discovered, while paying the second half of my bill online, that they DO offer financing/payment plan through a 3rd party company. I asked my rep about this - he said he doesnt advise people on this option because of the 3rd party costs they have to pass along, as well as the interest rates for a long term plan. I was told by another company rep that they offer short term 0% financing plans as well... I didnt appreciate being told they do not offer financing when they do. Maybe our rep wasnt as familiar with the financing process, but he also wasnt willing to direct us to someone that could give us information about it. We may have decided to go ahead and pay in full anyway, but we did not get the chance to consider all of our options.

Pathetic service and incorrect expectations set while giving the estimate. Had to have so many follow ups to come and replace the shingles. Had no clue what needed to be done with the re-attachment of the gutter and taking care of the hump. didnt honor the contract so ended up terminating the contract and paying a premium for the services not performed. I was ripped.......I will never recommend this company to anyone. I didnt want to give any star but it wont let me post the review unless I select the star. Not worth even a star.....

Completely overpriced. Paid $1200 more for something that I could have gotten somewhere else for $500. They will try to sell you on their licensing, but when they came out, it was ONE guy doing everything and he didnt even know what other things needed to be done, and he didnt do them. He said "We dont do that". Then why did you say you could and charge me for it? What a waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Their estimate for repairs was 1/6th of a competitors. Communication was lacking on repair date, so much so that I received a bill for completed work before I was told they had even completed the job. Nevertheless, the results speak for themselves as the leak is no more. That we mightve paid hundreds more with a competitor is enough to outweigh the minor concern with communication.

These people are crooks! Quoted me 600$ to install some counter flashing and then did the work and charge me an extra 179$ extra without my authorization and the guy could not give me one logical explanation for the extra cost. AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS
