At first, email communication was great. I was informed of the terms and given a few options. A week later, terms were different (couldnt get the AR-15) and I was going to have to come out of pocket for a few things that were initially reported as (included). With all of that, I liked the company and my interactions with Chris so I figured, "what the hell, seems like theyll do a great job." Spoke with Chris again and was ready to get a contract signed but needed to know what options I was going to have since the initial terms changed. A week later, no response after 2 emails and a phone call. I was finally able to get him on the phone and he apologized for the delay in communication as they had some sort of email issue and he would get back to me within the hour. A couple hours later I get a text basically saying that he was sorry but wasnt going to be able to do the job because Im in Birmingham and his company is up in Decatur. I want to reiterate that this was through text message. Seems a little weak to make a move like that. Still wanted to give him a shot at it as everyone else I talked to seemed like used car salesmen that happened to be in the roofing business. No response. Went with a new company down here in Birmingham. Contracts were signed within a day and start date is next week. Thats the experience you should have. Bummer it didnt work out but if someone told me they were going to use Digital, I would tell them to run away as fast as you can. Communication is incredibly important to me with a huge purchase like this. They just didnt seem to take it very seriously. Knowing I have a baby on the way and time was of the essence they really messed around with my time which is especially unappreciated. Chris, Im sure youll read this. No apology needed. It sounds like you have created some great experiences with your other customers so keep it up. Im just incredibly disappointed that I was thrown to the side like that.

About two weeks ago, Huntsville had a hail storm come through. The hail wasn’t huge so I didn’t give it much thought. A few days later, we saw Digital Marketing Innovations replacing a roof in our neighborhood that was damaged by the storms, so I stopped to check it out. Chris offered to come by and give me a free roof inspection to see if I had damage as well. Sure enough, I did. This was the first time dealing with a roofing company (hopefully the last) and it could not have gone better. Chris walked me through the entire process. He went over all the aspects of re-roofing my dads house, even some important ones that I had not thought about. He also went over every step of of the roofing process. Ive never seen a more organized job. These guys got there when they said they would and got busy. The next thing I know the roof is on. They had people tearing off the old material and guys putting on the new right behind them. The cleanup afterwards was great, they even had magnets that they swept over the whole area to make sure nothing was left that shouldnt have been. After they were through you couldnt even tell they had been there. Just the way I like it. The next day a guy from Digital Roofing Innovations came by just to give the job a final inspection and make sure that everything was satisfactory and see if we had any issues or questions. Who does that kind of stuff anymore? He looked the job over, checked the clean-up, and since we didnt have any issues and no questions since they explained everything so even we could understand it, he left. I dont think we could be any more satisfied.

As a real estate agent, I believe in customer service and communication being key and she by far exceeded those qualities from start to finish. Ill be passing out your business cards at our office. Zach and his entire team did a fantastic job on our roof. Its a completely different look than before! He was very knowledgeable when it came to the construction portion of the new roof, but also talked us into a much darker shingle color. It looks great! It greatly enhanced the colors of our brick around the house and we are looking forward to getting it on the market to sell. I certainly feel this is going to greatly enhance the market value of our home and we couldnt be happier... as you can see!

I like these guys. As you can see, I need a new roof. Ive been through hard times in my life and really needed to catch a break. These guys (Zach and I forgot the other ones name) knew I was in bad shape with my finances and they offered to put the roof on and just let me pay per month. They are putting on my new roof next week but I couldnt wait to leave them a good review after the way they treated me. I hope you all see this and give them a chance to earn your business. My home was damaged during a hail storm and I had a small leak coming from our roof. It was an insurance claim which I thought was going to be a pain, however thanks to Chris, the entire process was smooth, professional and very simple to navigate from our end. We are very confident with the quality of work done along with the high quality GAF shingles on our house. Chris was a very knowledgeable, helpful and always accessible throughout the entire process. Chris was always prompt in answering my (many) phone calls and e-mails. I was also impressed with the installers. They were hard working and very professional in the work that they did. They kept the work site clean and made sure there was no damage to the many plants and bushes we have.
