As an ex-quality manager, I usually need to supervise any contracted project to ensure its done right. Elite was the lowest of five bids by $500, which made me suspicious. Elite signed my altered contract, which included a requirement to complete the work within three days, February weather permitting. Elite also returned repeated calls about colors and other details so quickly and effectively that I gave them the contract. The job included tear off and replacement of a 24 square steep roof, flashing as needed, pipe boots and vents. I expected delays, excuses, extra charges, shingle bits strewn everywhere and all the hassles I have experienced with other contractors. We paid 75% of materials up front. Elite provided proof of insurance, a waiver for material liens and returned every call we made about colors and other details very quickly. Then came the very pleasant surprise - Elite showed up at 8am Monday and by 5pm we had a new beautiful roof. No shingle bits, no extra charges and no other hassles - amazing! I have had additions, decks, fences and roofing work done before and Elite provided the best service by far. I am impressed and thats not a frequent occurrence. I very highly recommend Elite roofing as a company that provides a very reasonably priced hassle-free roofing service.

Our roof had a leak that we had ignored and then a big rain came and made it a real problem. I called Elite and they were able to come out the next day, look over things. They found where the roof had been installed there were some issues from the other company and some corners cut. They had my house roofed and good to go quick and we have had no problems. The people were nice and friendly and knowledgeable. I hope its awhile before I need a new roof, but when I do I know who I am calling.

James Ball came out, got up on roof, took lots of pictures, was at my house close to an hour- said hed have a quote to me by the following Monday... that was over 5 weeks ago. Its remarkable to me that in this economy any business is willing to turn down work- and at the same time, create a negative impression that now finds its way online for everyone to evaluate. Shame on them.

Since I was not a previous customer, they said they could not help me. Did not offer a time frame of when they might slow down. Just didnt want my business.
