Bought a new home with windows installed by A and L. One window was leaking. After calling for several months trying to get them to come out and take a look at the window when they finally showed up they said they didnt caulk an edge. After applying the caulk which took five minutes they then sent me a bill for $90 even though the issue was their fault. Ruined the drywall and paint on the inside.
