Several years ago when we were considering replacing the roof at our residence, we contacted Bill Ragan who came and inspected our roof. He advised that there were several years left before a replacement would be needed. Such honesty and integrity, in my view is the hallmark of a successful business owner. As a result, about seven years later, remembering Bill’s candor we once again contacted him and he replaced our roof and we have been very satisfied. He not only did what he said he was going to do; but he also did it within the time and at the cost that he stated. His crew was on time and at the end of each day, they left the worksite, our property, in a clean state with all debris removed. Bill promptly returned all calls before, during and after the work was completed. We would without question or hesitation recommend Bill Ragan for any roofing need. The way that he conducts his business is excellent by placing the needs of his customer first and providing a first class finished product.

I had just purchased a new house and discovered a pretty severe leak around my chimney. I called 3 different roofing companies and Bill Ragan Roofing was the only one to call me back quickly. Bill was out at my house the next day inspecting my problem. Hell let you get up on the roof to inspect the findings yourself if you feel up to it...which I did. He explained why my problems developed and what was needed to correct the leak. His guys were on the job within a week correcting my problem. I decided to go ahead and replace my entire roof after discovering some minor leaks around my dormers as well. Bills crew removed my old shingles and installed my new roof in 2 days (30 square roof). Bill stayed in touch with me after my first phone call from problem inspection to completion of the job well done. I spoke with four contractors before a Nashville property manager (a business friend) referred me to Bill Ragan Roofing. I asked how he knew the company. The property manager said he had done work with Bill Ragan Roofing previously "and Bill Ragan Roofing replaced the roof on my own residence, and I was pleased with the process and my new roof". That was my kind of referral. I contacted Bill Ragan to discuss the replacement of our roof on a three bedroom house in the Bellevue area of Nashville. Bill was a pleasure to deal with from the very first phone call! He wasnt the least expensive, but his experience, customer service, and long term warranty gave me confidence. His company completed the roof replacement on time and on budget in July 2016. It is my pleasure to recommend Bill Ragan Roofing.

I gave bill a call after I had my roof replaced by another roofer. The roof was very "wavy" and I was blaming the first roofer for all kinds of things. I gave Bill a call after hearing his ads on the Phil Valentine show a million times. Bill dealt with me like I was a 1 million dollar account. He kept in touch with me, and checked it out. Lucky for that other roofer, Bill verified that the previous roofer had done nothing wrong. I asked him if I owed him anything for his time, and insisted on a payment. He said "next time call me first, and that is payment enough". Go figure, an honest roofer you can trust. I will use him in the future and refer him to all my friends. Great guy, better company!

No one wants to replace a roof on their house, but when we had to choose a company to replace our roof, Bill Ragan Roofing came highly recommended. Bill was quick to come out, inspect our roof and give us a quote. Bill has an air of calm self-confidence that helped to assure us that we were making the right choice. The workmen showed up on schedule, hard working men with smiling faces. They completed the job and left the deck, yard and gutters cleaner than when they arrived. Bill arrived to inspect the job before the workmen left. Hope I never need them again but I would recommend Bill Ragan Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs.

I cant say enough good things about the customer service that Bill Ragan and his employees offer. I was wonderfully taken care of by Nate, who came and assessed the roofing issue that I had. Nate then put me in touch with the owner, Bill Ragan. Bill is a perfect gentleman and superb roofer. Bill came out and took care of some shingle issues and did not charge me for it. I will, however, be signing up for his yearly roof inspection contract. This is for my piece of mind. This company is no pressure and they treat you with respect and caring service. I would highly recommend tis company for any roofing issue. They are the cream of the crop.

Anyone that returns a call and then declares that doing a job without meeting the home owner is "a waste of my time"......well good luck in the current economy Bill. Lots of people had to make ends meet after the housing market crash. Some of us live in other states now and rent out the houses we bought before the crash. You wont even do an estimate if I dont fly down to the house? You need a wake up call on what the current economy is like. No idea if he provides a quality service, It looks like it. But clearly I was going to be dealing with an old school guy that isnt interested in helping me out.

I found Ragan Roofing info on BBB, and scheduled for them to come inspect a leak we were experiencing with one of our sky lights. The owner himself, Bill Ragan, came out on what I thought would be an initial visit to offer an estimate. In short order, Bill inspected the area, diagnosed the problem and had the materials on hand to fix the issue. In less than 30 minutes the problem was solved, and I was an extremely satisfied customer. Bill is a genuine and honest man and a pleasure to work with. I contacted Bill during a very busy time in Nashville (after the ice dam issues many of us had) and he was able to do a thorough analysis and recommendation on how to fix our issues. Whats most impressive is that the recommendation was to do work to our chimneys and window ledges - not our roof (resulting in no work/revenue for his company)! I know the company does great work, but you really get a good feeling when a service provider makes a recommendation that is in your best interests, not theirs.

Mr.Regan put a roof on my moms apartment within the last year. With the winds and rain from Hurricane Harvey, we developed a leak around the area between our house and the apartment. I called Mr. Regan and he sent a man right over. After further inspection, it was discovered that the leak was not in the roof but from an upstairs window/flashing around the window leaking. All said and done, Mr. Regan did not charge me anything. The man spent a good 15-20 minutes inspecting things and even went in the attic to verify the findings.Honest man.
