Did not finish the remodelling work. The contractor left some crucial work incomplete. For example, they did not put handrails for the stairs. The contractor did not put the stairs back in the attic to access another attic for hvac area. The new floor in the remodel area does not meet code. I would never recommend this company to any one. And not to mention the company has still not responded to my concerns. It has been almost 6 months. And this is why I am writing this review to warn others.

Capitol City replaced our roof 10 years ago and ever since it has leaked. After paying $14,000 10 years ago, we are now paying another $13,000 to have the damaged section replaced by a more knowledable company. Apparently it is known not to shingle a flat roof and thats exactly what they did. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
