We had to wait (very patiently) several months before getting our new roof due to the huge amount of rain this summer and also the hail damage we experienced last spring was not so bad that it caused any leaks. Consequently we were in no specific hurry. Well worth the wait! Two full days of intense work left our home with beautiful new architectural shingling, a great cleanup job and a friendly crew with whom to work. My contractor friend also looked over the job and cleanup today and he was very impresssed with the quality of the job. Our house is strikingly more impressive with this great shingling and excellent work, and I thank the owners, supervisors and great crew for this workmanship and quality of materials.

I am glad everyone else had great experience with them. We have gone back and forth with them for months. It took 4 weeks, calling every week, just to get someone to even come out and check. Now we have a huge water spot on our bedroom ceiling, due to a rotting chimney that they claimed they would give us an estimate within a day. THAT took us calling them and still not getting it until 2 weeks later. They have yet to get back in touch with us still for the corrected estimate. Its been 3 months total waiting, almost four. Now we have an even bigger problem on our hands. Its partly our fault for waiting around. We have learned our lesson, and will not use them again.

My roof was completed Yesterday…the weather is very hot but it did not hinder the completion of this roofing in two days. I was very pleased with the young man who gave me the estimate, very pleased with the young man who saw that the job was done efficiently and in a satisfactory manner. The advice he gave us was priceless as we were heading in a totally different direction. The consult was free and there was no obligation. Hinkle came out and repaired some soffit that had rotted due to water damage. They responded to my initial call quickly, provided an accurate quote and finished the work well in a timely manner. They repaired the issue that had caused the soffit to rot and fixed the soffit. I would recommend Hinkle to you if you are in the Birmingham area and looking for someone to repair your roof.

Hinkle has helped me twice with minor roofs leaks over the past several months. The first time, I had someone tell me that I had hail damage and needed an entire new roof. Hinkle came out, fixed a few bad shingles and saved me thousands! All of their employees have the highest integrity and I wont be using another roofer. Cannot recommend them enough!

I hired a roofing contractor to do my roof i found out that he didnt have a license after he went up and cleaned my roof luckily i didnt sign a contract with him the rain was on the way. I call hinkle they came out they was honest gave me a great price and did a wonderful job take it from me call the professional hinkle is the best company around

Called Hinkle Roofing to set up an estimate on a roof leak. Scheduled for 4 PM the next day. On that day the gentleman did not show up and by 4:40 I called him and I was informed he was to busy to come out to do my estimate and forgot to call to reschedule. Very poor customer service.

Hinkle installed metal roof 4 yrs ago, leaks. Have been told to call when it leaks again, meantime ceiling damage. Shingle roof lasted longer without leaks. Came out today to check roof, lets see if the problems can be corrected. Shouldnt take so many phone calls to get action.
