Storm damage again. I obtained a quote from a very large roofing company. I had questions as the quote seemed a bit high. I never received a callback. I had a flyer for QE that came in the mail. They had very good reviews online, so I set up an appointment. All I can say is WOW!!! These guys are great to work with. Roof, gutters and some soffit. Perfect color match on very old trim. The gutters and soffit look great. The roof surpassed my expectations. I know it is just a roof, but it actually looks... beautiful! My insurance company shorted the money QE should have received using what I would consider a couple of "loopholes". I was upset because of the unsurpassed quality of work and customer service I received. QE assured me that this was part of working with insurance companies and not to worry about the shortfall. I cant offer enough praise for QE. My insurance company... not too pleased with them right now.

We have a large home with lots of porches. We needed to have the shingles replaced and the job was 93 squares (280 bundles). The crew of 18 men arrived early Tuesday morning and by noon all of the old roof was stripped off. They had a debris container that raised up to the roof level so the old shingles did not drop onto the lawn or shrubs. I also like that they recycle the old shingles. By late afternoon the new roof was 90% completed. I was amazed at how much roof was done in one day and how clean they kept my yard. On Wednesday morning a smaller crew returned to finish up the roof. They then cleaned out the gutters and went around the yard with a magnet for any dropped nails. The men cleaned the dust and grit off porches and the sidewalks. The job went perfectly and the clean-up was excellent. They are true professionals. I highly recommend them for roofing any size house.

AWESOME!!!! We initially heard of QE Construction through people who had residential experience with the company. We talked to several other roofing companies about the hail damage we suffered, but found that most were in Murfreesboro temporarily, just because of the recent storm damage. I was extremely comforted to learn that QE is local, reliable, and accessible. Replacing the roof on our antebellum law office was an easy and smooth process thanks to the professional project managers we came in contact with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an easy, seamless, and high quality experience in repairing their roof, or any exterior issues. QE is now our go-to company for any issues we encounter!

Our claim specialist was Matt Caylor and he went above and beyond. Our family had no idea what to expect with the process of replacing our roof and he guided us step by step. We started off with a different company and they had poor communication and misdiagnosed the problem so we had a bad taste of dealing with a contractor. We were so happy when we went with Quality Exteriors. Not only did they provide excellant customer service, they called multiple times letting us know what was going on and answered any question I had. Thank you so much Matt and our roof is beautiful.

These guys are top notch. I had an insurance claim and they handled the whole process for me; I did not have to lift a finger. Not only did they get State Farm to approve my roof but they did an excellent job installing the roof. I had a few missing shingles and presto, I have a new roof compliments of my insurance company thanks to QE Construction. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or that has a possible insurance claim; they make the process easy.

The roof and exterior of our home was damaged by the recent hail storm. We turned to Quality Exteriors to replace our roof as well as all of the other needed repairs including the gutters, windows, and fascia. They were awesome to work with. They even handled all of the required paperwork with mortgage company and worked directly with our insurance adjuster to make sure our home was repaired to our satisfaction. Professional quality, personable and easy to work with. When our home was damaged in a tornado, QE took the reins and had everything back to normal within a couple of weeks. They easily worked with insurance adjusters, contracted the different repairs out and kept us updated the entire time on the process. Painless and done right. Would recommend to anyone who needs a great new roof--or anything else related to storm damage!

We worked with Ryan Leach at Quality Exteriors. He was professional and punctual. He explained all of our options and helped us choose the best one for our budget. On the day the roof was replaced the crew showed up on time and had the old roof off and the new roof replaced in record breaking time.
