They cold called me to inspect my roof. I told them my roof was fine but asked if they did vinyl siding repairs. They told me that they did and would come out and look at it. From the moment they got here it was obvious they wanted nothing to do with my small repair job and tried to convince me to look at my roof. They told me my insurance agent doesnt want claims against my account because "it counts against his bonus" which is a complete fabrication but I didnt call them out on it. They told me they would have an estimate in 3 days. After 6 days I called them and was told they would call me right back. Today is day 10 and Ive heard nothing. Im glad I wasted my time to meet them at my home during the week. Dont waste yours!

Had a free inspection of my roof with them. I thought they will make up bogus issues with my roof but they didnt. They were very honest that my roof didnt have major issues. The technician made a video of the free inspection with his phone, Very cool and informative, he showed me the video but didnt give me a copy of it which was fine. The technician gave me his card (Mitchell Locey) was very professional and polite. He explained that most of their work is with insurance companies and I have to pay the deductible if any. I will definitely use them if needed.

Dont ever use Best Choice Roofing for any home projects! They dont stand by their word and they change/exclude things in the written contract from the verbal agreement so they get paid the full insurance price without doing all the work. Lesson learned the hard way. The people as individuals were very nice, but as a company I have little positive to say! They did a nice job putting the new roof on, but we have found tons of nails & their business part is awful!

The process from beginning to end was very easy. They took care of all my concerns with the insurance company. They helped weigh the pros and cons of the different types of shingles to purchase. The construction of my roof was completed all within one day. The yard was left looking better than it had before. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I would recommend Best Choice Roofing to all my family and friends.

Lousy service. Hispanic workers had wives and children on the job site. They damaged my wood stove from a leak. I had to argue with the coo to get it taken care of which took 6 months. Subs no call no show twice for a warranty repair costing me 2 days of work. I could go on and on. Bottom line is use someone else.
