These guys are fantastic! Had them come out for an estimate on what I thought was only going to be repairs and quickly learned that I needed my whole roof replaced. I worked mainly with Danny and he was great with explaining everything about my roof and what needed to be done. He came out and met the insurance adjuster and the insurance company covered the entire cost minus the deductible. They did all the communicating with my insurance company which left things simple for me! I work night shift and they were great about working around my schedule to make sure not to be there on a day that I needed to sleep. They replaced the entire roof in one day while I was out of town. They did a phenomenal job with clean up and it looked as if they were never even at my house. Even being out of town Don made sure I got photos of the roof being done and the finished product. These guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

So I did not end up going with this company. They came and did the estimates and footwork with the insurance company but I ended up contracting the work out to a friend. I had some issues with the rep when I switched companies but Don the owner called me personally to resolve my quarrels. It isnt often that a owner makes this sort of effort to resolve an issue. Don understood my stance and at the end of the day it is far easier to see the negatives than the good. Don is an excellent owner and contractor and holds this company together like glue. I recommend them hands down. They do amazing work and I would have used them myself in any other instance. Don takes pride in the work they do and holds a high standard. Do business with them if you have the chance. Nothing is Perfect, but with his leadership and the companies strive for quality you cant go wrong.

My experience with DC Roofing and owner Don Hancock was fantastic, from the start to finish, beginning with the polite and friendly sales rep Danny & owner Donny, all the way to the well organized and professional crew that worked very hard and long to make my roof and gutter job a big success, all the guys on site were very knowledgeable and hardworking, And any time I had questions or concerns for the owner Donny or the work crew they were always available to accommodate me and make me feel confident in the process. My husband and I get nervous if we need to hire someone to do work on our home; typically we do our own home repairs because weve found that many businesses dont have the customers best interests in mind. DC Roofing and Exteriors changed our preconceptions and weve finally found a contractor we can trust. This company is amazing to work with. Don is very thorough, knowledgeable, and keeps his customers in the loop at all times. Although our insurance company was difficult to work with, DC didnt give up and helped us get every penny we were owed to replace our roof. These guys do amazing work. They went over and above my expectations. I had some extensive hail damage. DC worked with my insurance company to make sure everything got repaired that needed to. They replaced my roof, gutters and all my siding. While they were there I also had them replace a sliding glass door and my chimney cap. Their attention to detail was second to none. They fixed things I didnt, or wouldnt, of known were wrong with my roof. They fixed part of my chimney that had been built wrong when the house was originally constructed! I would highly recommend them to anyone and would invite anyone to drive by and see the work they did. Thanks guys!

I recently had DC Roofing and Exteriors replace my roof, gutters, metal trim and window and door screens due to hail damage. Don and Danny were very professional and courteous. The crews did excellent work and paid close attention to detail. My wife and I were so impressed with the quality of work that we had them replace our front porch and shutters which did not have hail damage, but were in need of repair. They gave us a fair price, and once again their crews did a quality job. I am very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends. These guys rock! I had my insurance come out 2 times to inspect my roof for hail damage and both times they declined me. They said it was the age of the roof. I called DC Roofing and he agreed it was hands down hail damage. He went straight to work and they got our insurance agency back out for the third time. Our insurance continued to put up a fight, but DC roofing pushed it through. If it wasn’t for DC Roofing, I would have had to pay out of pocket for a roof clearly damaged by hail. Thank you so much for your time and effort in getting our roof covered by insurance!

Donny and his team are very professional. They installed insulation in my office walls to help dim outside noise and lower heat from the ceiling and now I do not have as much electricity cost. They even went above and beyond while they were there and added a sound barrier over the door that I didnt know I needed but has been so helpful! Don and DC Roofing are great. I didnt have to do a thing. Don even dealt with the insurance people when I started having problems with getting things covered. When it was all said and done Don got me a new roof, siding, gutters, and windows for well under what I expected to pay. All of his employees are great as well. Everyone was professional, kept everything clean and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. Id recommend him to anyone.
