I offered 3 local, highly rated companies the opportunity to provide a quote and bid for a new roof as well as a substantial amount of repair work to the existing trim (fascia). All three responded quickly to send someone out to meet us and do the requisite inspection/measurement of the work requested, and all three representatives were professional and informative. However, Mr. Guyette was far ahead of the others in his approach, attention to detail, and willingness (determination?) to be sure we understood the details behind his approach, recommendations, and ultimately the quote itself. Though Guyettes quote was the highest of the three, it was not by a significant amount, and each companys itemization varied enough that it would be difficult to say this was an apples to apples comparison. Be that as it may, our choice was to go with Guyette, and we are very happy with that choice now that the work has been completed. The workcrew arrived as scheduled, moments before sunrise, and immediately dispersed into action. It was clear from the get go, that this team had plenty of experience working with each other, and they performed from start to finish as one very polished machine. The work was completed as planned, all in one day... and this included a last minute request (my bad) to re-roof a 12x16 barn while they were here. The roof looks great, the house surrounds (driveway/yard/patio/etc....) are cleaner that when they arrived, and though I hope not to ever need to re-roof this house, Guyette is the only choice I would make should I need it.

It was a pleasure working with Guyette Roofing and Construction. Bill Guyette and the crew at Guyette Roofing and Construction are very professional and truly care about their customer’s satisfaction. My experience with Guyette has been exceptional. Everything starting with my need for an inspection of my Roof to the Proposal for a total tear off and replacement of a new Roof was as we discussed and as listed in the Proposal. The Roof replacement was completed with a free upgrade to Architectural Shingles, one-year weather-tight warranty from Guyette and a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty on the shingles. I had the choice of several CertainTeed Landmark Series Singles, my choice of Weathered Wood looks great. I highly recommend Guyette Roofing and Construction for your Roofing job. The Guyette Roofing crew showed up mid-morning and had my new Roof installed and the site cleaned up that same day. I want to give a special Thank you to Paul Telehany - Project Manager who was on site and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Paul was also able to accommodate a last minute relocation of my Kitchen Hood Fan ducting which was something I had forgot about until the installation day. Do yourself a favor and call Guyette Roofing and Construction, you will be glad you did.

Im living in a house that was built in the 70s with a roof that took quite a beating in the last couple of major storms that weve had in the area. I was noticing water damage on the interior so I looked around and found Guyette Roofing along with a couple of other roofers. While Guyette Roofing didnt end up being the lowest estimate, they had the most detailed parts and materials list and seemed the most willing to work with our insurance, so I went with them. They came out within a week of finalizing the contract with a large crew early in the morning and had the work done by time I got off from work. While inspecting the work, I found a suspect spot that looked like it needed more attention to me, so I sent pictures to Mr. Guyette asking for his opinion. While he wasnt sure that the plywood needed replacing from the pictures, he came out the very next day and did the work anyway free of charge. All in all, I couldnt be happier with the work and the results.

I absolutely recommend Guyette Roofing to anyone needing roof repair/replacement. From first introduction at the estimate to final clean-up of the job site, every member of the Guyette team was professional and quality focused. As other reviewers stated, this crew’s efficiency and workmanship was amazing. Supplies were delivered the day before, the crew arrived at dawn and worked until dusk repairing and reshingling our entire roof, then returned the next rainy, cold morning to do a second clean-sweep of our property. In those few hours they replaced more than just shingles—they replaced all valley flashing, replaced 8 sheets of rotting decking (all unanticipated damage), removed the vent fan and created ridge venting, and painted the chimney! Now I smile every time I look at the new roof because I know it was done right and am confident it was done with more quality than the original roof.

I had Guyette recommended by a friend when we had some roof leakage reported by a tenant in our rental home in Sturbridge. It was right after a big storm so apparently there were lots of calls coming in to them, so they didnt respond right away. However, once we linked up, Billy was superb in reaching out, getting out to the house, and sending me a video showing the likely cause of the leak and what their planned solution was, as well as a clear estimate for services. Once I agreed to the work, they got on it FAST and before another swath of bad weather arrived. They then sent another video showing the work that was done before I paid. I appreciated his professional yet friendly approach. I would definitely use them again for future roofing issues, and recommend them to anyone in the Montgomery area.

I must say Guyette Roofing and Construction are hands down the best in Montgomery!!! Jordan Brister came out to give me an estimate. He was very punctual, knowledgeable, and very professional! The day of the job Mr. Guyette came out and expressed his appreciation for choosing his company ! ( That really went a long way with me) I really felt like my business was appreciated! And just when I thought I was impressed, it got better...These guys showed up and got the job done in one day! Thats right ... "complete" in one day ! Without leaving a single nail on the lawn!!! I was totally impressed. This company and all of the employees are Awesome! There craftmanship stands out on any block! I will be doing business with Guyette Roofing and Construction again! We now have had two roofs replaced on two separate houses. The last one was just replaced yesterday. This roofing company is extremely reliable and very approachable! They offer top quality materials and their crew is professional and hard working. We had Ridge vents cut in which allows more air flow and will also help the roof last a whole lot longer. They replaced rotting Wood without even being told to do so. They are the best company in the area if you want quality work to be done. They can be reached by email or phone, whichever works for you. Our house was completed in one day. Their prices are fair and honest. They use Alabama made materials. We replaced a 3tab roof with the thicker architectural shingles. It adds value to your home. This is the first time I have ever given a bad review to anyone but I feel this is necessary. Due to all of the good reviews, we wanted Guyette Roofing to come to our home after discovering a roof leak. I called them on June 2, 2017 and was told they were backed up and it would be approximately a month and a half before the could come. My husband and I decided we could handle the leak until they could come since Guyette is highly recommended. A month and a half came and went and we heard nothing from Guyette so I placed another call to them. This time I was told they still had our information but couldnt advise on when the roofers could come. We are still waiting.......Now how is that for good business? We have since moved on to another company and will never recommend Guyette.
