Would not recommend using Mr Roof! Clint Richardson was the sales person they sent out. I clearly asked him to keep my current roof vents in place but he pulls out his sales book to show me how their ridge vent system works and assured me that I wouldnt need the existing vents. He then assures me that I wont have the same experience that I read on Google reviews where a customer had a squirrel in the attic problem after Mr Roof installed their roof. Well, he was wrong. Since the roof was put on I have had three AC companies tell me to install my original roof vents because my air ducts in the attic are sweating from excessive heat. I have had constant issues with squirrels in my attic, matter of fact six total that we have had to trap and remove. Last night I also figured out that they completely removed my bathroom vent and it now vents into the attic which is a codes violation. Even had Jay Zeilke the manager come out and they did put drip guard around a portion of the roof but still hasnt solved my problem. So after spending $10k, now I have to pay someone else to fix Mr Roofs blunders! The salesperson Clint hasnt been back out one time since he sold us. I would use someone else with better ethics than Mr Roof.

Customer Service was terrible. I hired Mr Roof when I already had a leaking roof, someone came out right away and I hired them quickly since I had to fire my previous roofer for being a constant no-show and it was going to rain again the following day. They promised to tarp my roof that night. No call, no show. I called the next morning (it was already raining INTO my house by this point) and they said they had a crew on the way to my house. I waited an hour... no-call/no-show. Called again and was promised the same thing. Finally showed up to tarp 1 day and 3 lies later. Then 3 days later, tarp blew off. They said they had someone coming to fix, but surprise, no call, no show. They FINALLY fixed the tarp, and then the roof, but forgot to complete the roofing job. Called me to collect on my bill for incomplete work. Moral of the story, if you like being treated horrible and paying someone a lot of money to do it, then hire Mr Roof. To be fair, they did fix the roof and the crew that did it was GREAT, but the service really sucked.....The great crew didnt make up for the frustration and bad service I received.

I currently have a BBB complaint over a contract dispute with Mr. Roof regarding their complete mismangement of my account. Mr. Roof will not honor my warranty. I have the following problems that all began AFTER Mr. Roof installed my roof: 1. Birds continue to gain access into my attic after my roof and siding repairs. The attic must be sealed off immediately. The attic must be cleansed of all bird droppings and debris left by multiple birds. 2. I need a clean-up of the messy white material from previous repairs of the attic holes when I first reported the attic birds last year. This material is currently unsightly and leaking down the front side of my house. 3. Roof nails must be removed, which are still present in gutters and on the grounds surrounding the house. 4. Fragments of old roof must be eradicated from gutters, which continue to clog gutters. 5. The solar vents installed make a loud griding sound that can be heard from my neighbors yard! I need help, and Mr. Roof is NOT helping me! Caveat Emptor! Sincerely, Michael

Terrible experience. I called Mr Roof, as I thought thy were a reputable local company. Brandon came out and assured our tornado damage was enough to replace the roof and that it was worth making a claim to our insurance company. I was very specific in letting Brandon know, I did not want to initiate the claim and rather just pay for the damages if the damage wasnt serious enough to qualify for repair beyond the deductible. Brandon was quick to assure that it absolutely was worth making the claim and that he would even "help" with the deductible. Well, insurance adjuster came out and estimated the damage to be below the deductible. So now we have a home insurance claim and responsible for all the repairs. And of course, Brandon has disappeared and wont answer his phone. He was quick to stick his sign in the yard though.

From the outstanding presentation of Mr. Roofs products & services to the timely installation, We could not be happier. We talked to several roofing contractors during our search but none of them were even close to the professionalism we found with Mr. Roof. Some highlights that no one else offered: Lifetime guarantee on labor & material, edge guards around the entire roof, We needed a cricket for our chimney ( confirmed by our chimney sweep) and no one else even talked about one. I would say if you are looking to have a roof installed, call these guys first so you will know what questions to ask any other contractor you may talk to... you will probably come back to Mr. Roof

MR ROOF DID A GREAT JOB! The TV advertisements with Little Jimmy Dickens caught my attention and recently my roof started leaking so I called Mr Roof. Dave, from Mr Roof was very knowledgeable and explained to me that I still had a few years left on my roof. He was nice enough to not pressure me in any way. We ended getting the roof replaced anyways since it was 16 years old and we plan to live here for another 10, so why wait. We chose Mr Roof for two reasons – their price was very good and they were much more thorough in explaining exactly what we are going to get for our money. They came out and did everything in one day , just as Dave promised.

Had some new, larger downspouts added to my home. The fellow from Mr. Roof looked at the job and made several suggestions. Looking at the complicated roof line, he recommended a new downspout configuration to re-route the rain water . Furthermore, he suggested a rain guard on some gutters to keep the rain away from the front entry way. Brilliant! Mr. Roof also has real knowledge of product & problem solving for various issues, such as, ice damming. This company makes its own shingles. They are top notch & lose far less grit than other shingles Ive had. Service is professional, as well as friendly. Im so pleased.

We bought their best roof 13k in July of 2016. Here we are 1 year and 1 month later and have had 4 leaks. That is correct 4!!!! We bought new boards and all!!! My husband calls them today at 2:00pm because there is a water spot on my living room ceiling 4 long and they finally show up at 7:30pm to put a tarp up for the 2nd time which means those new boards now have holes in them!!! We were told stories about there being roads closed due to flooding but that is not correct. We understand that there has been alot of rain due to hurricane Harvey but this is the 4th leaks not the 1st!!!! DO NOT GO TO MR. ROOF!!!

I recommend Mr. Roof. From beginning to end was an excellent experience. They stand by their WORD. We had trouble with a leak before the new roof was put on and when the same leak reappeared again, they came the same day I called and the next day it was corrected. No more leak! Hallelujah! Not only did they fixed the troublesome leak, they repaired the inside wall at no charge. Wow. Talk about service, the best. I love looking at my new roof. Thanks to all you guys at Mr. Roof.
