I called for a gutter quote on Saturday. I was given a vague answer of we will be out sometime next week. By the following Friday at 4 no one had been out yet. I called again to confront them. The same guy gave me the stock answer that he was sorry for the inconvenience and that he wasnt aware of the appt. it was the same guy that took down my info!!! So much for trying to go local. At least I only wasted time and not money with these guys.

We have no idea about the quality of work because they have been no shows for two appointments. No calls to explain either. Maybe this is because we do not need a new roof so the job is not big enough? It would be nice to get a, Thanks for calling but we are very busy so please call someone else.... I am not really sure what their problem is but we have moved on to Bone Dry who was recommended by a neighbor.
