My experience with Tim Leeper Roofing and his Team has shown me that there are still companies that value more than just your money. I had doubts concerning projects in making my home comfortable. I lost monies dealing with companies that were suppose to have been reputable, but in essence, they were about keeping their pockets lined leaving me with misfortune and distrust. I was in need of another roof, I kept putting it off, then one day during my morning commute to work, I was listing the "Fish" and the advertisement came on regarding Tim Leeper Roofing, this was not the first time, but having been burnt on different occasions, I just didnt have the energy to deal with another con artist. Well a tug kept tugging in within, so I called, set up an appointment. The gentleman came out to speak to me and the professionalism, with CARE was outstanding. This is not all, my roof has been on the house now for maybe 3 years with no problems, but in December 16 or early January a leak appeared, I called, a gentleman came out to assessed and to make this story short. There is a company ( and there may be more) but at this moment: Tim Leeper Roofing, with the GENUINE care, honesty, integrity of his Team (SHOUT OUT TO DERRICK MATTHEWS), I only wish they done more than roofing, all my business would be done through him. Mr. Matthews came out to assess the leak after he was informed of something suspicious was going on with the roof (I had no idea) he showed up and told me that he knew some heavy rain was coming and he wanted to make sure that I was ok. Really! he found the suspicious problem, and obtained information to how this problem came about that interfered with the work they had done to the roof. It turned out that another company done some different type of work to my home (non-disclosure of name) and it caused the leak. Derrick (you talking about professional) took the reign, notified the company, and the rest is history. The roof is back to its original state, Mr. Matthews exemplified more than just making the company look good, he possesses what one may think is lost amongst people today, but I am here to tell ya. Tim Leeper Roofing has a qualified Team that not only has skills, but hearts that not only tell you they care (through their work) they SHOW you that they care and will be there for you and communicates with you throughout the entire process. I found that being in a position where I needed to deal with roof damage could get a bit overwhelming. Do I call my insurance company first? How do I know what roofing companies to call? Do estimates even cost anything? How do I find a company that I can trust? etc. I ended up going with Tim Leeper Roofing and could not have been more happy with my decision. His team really helped me understand what was going on with my roof and they clearly explained areas where I had questions. I appreciated the professionalism and care that his whole team brought to my project. I never felt like I was "just another roof." I had a Tim Leeper team member who was with me from the initial contact all the way through to the end of the project. Tim even sent one of his team members out to meet with my insurance adjuster to make sure that they both agreed on the correct approach. It was comforting to know that I was not going to get caught up in a disagreement between a roofing company and my insurance company. It meant a lot that they worked directly with my insurance company to make sure that the process was as smooth as possible. I also appreciated the fact that they were there when they told me they were going to be there. I cant recommend this company enough. If I ever need another roof, there is no question who Im calling.

I cant say enough about Tim Leeper Roofing and, in particular, Josh Cothern. Josh came out and gave us an estimate on some repairs for our roof. We then spent several months going back and forth with our insurance company. Josh volunteered to help every step of the way, literally, for about four months before we had even spent a dime with his company. This was when we only expected to be spending about $2000. When it was all said and done, we ended up with a full roof replacement fully paid for by insurance. Josh even did the insurance inspection himself while calling down numbers and information down to my insurance adjuster who had a back injury. Josh made countless phone calls, sent many emails, and drove many many miles on our behalf. The roof replacement itself was quick and painless. Ours was a two day job and the men continued working well after dark one of those nights to make sure we were waterproof before the storm hit. This is a company who goes above and beyond what is required to make a dollar here in Tennessee. They really take pride in their work. If I were ever to need another roof, this is the only phone call I would make.

A few years ago I needed a new roof, I went with someone who had done some roofs on my road. He was cheap and thought I was getting a GREAT deal. It wasnt long after I realized more leaks also water up to an inch in my garage, turns out my great deal is costing me 17,000 in repairs to the inside my home. Wasnt a Great deal after all. Now I was facing getting another roofer to fix my great deal. This time I checked with the BBB, and went with Leeper Roofers. It was like night and day from my last experience. They did what they said they would do, also when they gave a day they would be there they were there. The workmanship was unbelievable. After they finished it rained for 2 days straight and not one leak ANYWHERE no water in my garage. There crews paid attention to every detail. I would recommend Leeper Roofing to family and friends any day. My wife and I are very pleased now we can start to remodeling our home. The moral of this story is you get what you pay for. I wish more companies were like this! We just had service from Tim Leeper Roofing and it was an excellent experience. We had the unfortunate event of a leak in our roof. Based on customer reviews, I called Tim Leeper Roofing, and Houston was able to come out the same day (which was a big relief since it was going to be raining again soon). Houston was a pleasure to talk to (he was great about keeping me informed about what time he would arrive due to traffic…Nashville, ya know), and he explained everything as he reviewed our roof. He went above and beyond, even clearing out our gutters some while he was reviewing our roof. Houston fixed our leak and let us know of other improvements we could make to keep our roof in good condition, and it all felt 100% honest, like talking to a good friend, none of that shady, pushy sales bit in the least. We are very happy with the experience and definitely recommend them to anyone if you want considerate, trustworthy service. And if you’re lucky, you’ll even get to meet Houston’s utterly adorable doggy like we did!
