Contacted Royalty to see if a leak our building experienced was due to the warranted roof they had installed. I was informed Royalty provides free estimates for any additional work that may need to be performed. I also provided both my office contact # and my cell #. I now receive a bill that states "Not a roofing issue, mortar in brick was loose and cracking, sealed best we could with caulking." $457 WTH?! Royalty did NOT provide a quote nor did they inquire as to how to proceed, nor did a Royalty rep notify the building owner that they were on-site, nor did they have the building owners permission to perform work on anything other than the original warranted roof that Royalty had installed. My building, my choice. Never would I opt to repair masonry with caulk. I will be hiring a mason to repair the issue correctly with mortar and brick. And now the owner or manager of Royalty is yelling at me saying that he has a signed workorder. What I can respond to that with is that the signature you say you have on your work order is not mine, or another building owner nor any of my employees or agents.

If you need a need a new roof or repair, there is only one phone call to make. Royalty Roofing has replaced (3) roofs on houses that I have owned. Several years ago when the high winds came through from the remnants of a hurricane, the apex of a roof of one of my rentals was crushed. I called Royalty Roofing, they were there quickly and made the repair. Melanie asked me if I wanted an estimate, and I said no, please just come and make the repair, I had no doubt it would be done correctly and their crew would be professional. They have replaced the roof on my personal house and two of my rentals. There is a difference in the quality of materials and workmanship. When I sold one of the rentals, a young lady was purchasing the house, and I mentioned to the father that Royalty Roofing replaced the roof and gutters on the house. The father replied, ‘knowing that is enough for me knowing their level of their workmanship and warranties.’ Their reputation truly precedes them and I highly recommend their services. In my book, they get five stars!

They put a roof on my steel commercial building. On time, professional, and easy to work with. So far Im very pleased with the Duralast roof.
