I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am with the service I received from your company. I was very leary of choosing a roofing company because you hear so many horror stories. A co-worker recommended your company and said she was very pleased. I caled a number she gave me and the man gave me the number of Johnny Stanford. Best number I ever dialed. He arranged a prompt appointment at my convenience and to give me an estimate for replacing my roof. He explained the process and was true to his word in all aspects. His crew came out and finished the main house and ran a little short on the patio roof, but i had decided on that at the last minute. Johnny came out to check their work and the next night he was outside my home when i came home from work to inform me that the crew was in Hendersonville but that they would be out to finish the patio roof as rain was expected. A short time later the crew was here and done very quickly. Johnny had told me that one worker (probably and foreman) had been with him for twelve years. I did speak briefly with this man and he also was super friendly and professional. To me In this day and age if you have a roofer stay with you for twelve years you are doing something right. Johnny told me that the dumpster would be removed shortly and he would come by and pick up the wood that was under it. The next day the dumpster was gone. I really didnt think the wood would be picked up as it is such an out of the way thing to do. Upon arriving home from work the wood was gone. I just wanted to let you know that this gentleman is a real asset to your company. He is friendly, truthful, and true to his work. I was very skeptical, but after talking to him I knew this was a man and company that i could put my faith in. I have already and will continue to recommend your company. Company installed the roof at the condo complex I live in. For over 1 year I have suffered with severe leaks caused by improper installation of both roof and siding crews. 8 repairs were made over the course of a year with a tube of silicone caulk. Every time they said it was fixed for good, every time it leaked again. Finally, they re-shingled and Austermillers personal siding crew replaced siding. It did not work and tonight it is leaking agin. When I questioned the quality of the work done in the past, and told him that I believed it to be done poorly this time as well, Roger, the owner, got extremely belligerent and threatened me with violence. He stated that "It would be worth a mother-fxxxxx night in jail to punch you in the fxxxxx face." I have a police report on file. He is upset because he has to keep repeatedly fixing a roof that was clearly installed terribly to begin with... by his own crew.

To Austermiller Roofing, I would like to applaud Austermiller Roofing for the work they did on my home. It was quick and simple. I looked up the website, found the phone number, made a quick phone call and the appointment was set. One of the workers came out to my home and fixed the leak in my roof. I thought once he had gone I would check it out. They did some real quality work.

Rude and bigoted. The owner with the beard used racial slurs toward us. They do not follow OSHA requirements.
