Mr. Cobb personally came out, told us we could wait on full replacement probably another 4 years and fixed dry rotted boots around the vent pipes. He also repaired some flashing that a prior company had botched and we have no more leaks. He saved us thousands because other roofers had recommended a total replacement.

Unfortunately I wasted thousands of dollars determining just how sloppy and poorly operated this firm is. I eventually gave up trying to get them to fix the terrible job they performed and hired another firm at yet another sizeable expenditure to cure my problem. BEWARE
