Had shingle roof replaced and was very impressed with their work. To me, these guys are the "Special Ops" of the roofing business. Honestly, I expected the project to take longer than expected, cost more than quoted, and to have to continually monitor the work and interface with the company & workers to make sure the work was adequate. Also, I knew I had rotted boarding in several places and was stressed about how much this would increase the cost and extend the timeline. On the day the job was to begin I was awakened at dawn to the pitter-patter of feet on my roof and when I left for work about an hour later there was a large truck with a conveyor loading packages of shingles from the street onto my roof and a host of workers performing various activities required to begin the job. During the entire job, I was only contacted once and that was about the boarding that required replacing but they provided me with a comprehensive solution at a very reasonable cost. They continued the work at the same fast pace they started with and finished on-time which really impressed me. Perhaps I could have gotten the job done a little cheaper by someone else but the minor delta in cost was well-worth the promptness, quality and complete avoidance of the hassle I expected. This job was done several years ago and Ive never had a problem with the roof which is the most telling statement I can make about the quality of the work. Using them again would be a "no-brainer" to me and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing this type of service.

This company has absolutely horrible customer service! Good luck getting someone to actually come out and do a job. I have made at least 25 calls to their offices over the past 6 weeks in an attempt to get my leaking roof repaired. Each call is answered with Well be there sometime this week. This has drug on for 6 weeks now and caused more damage to the drywall where the leak has not been repaired. I certainly wish I had not waited around and had just gone with another company. *UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW - apparently it takes weeks to get a call back for a repair but if you post a negative review,you will get a call back within a day with a threat to sue you if you dont remove a negative review! THIS COMPANY IS EVEN SHADIER THAN I THOUGHT! Instead of trying to fix the problem, they threatened to sue me. These people must not know that you can only sue for slander if someone says something untrue. And they probably dont know that the last company that tried to do that to someone got ran out of business by the bad publicity. Since everything Ive posted is true,I think Ill take my chances.

The buyer of our house hired Keith to estimate the condition of our roof and the cost to replace it. When I arrived home yesterday his truck was in the middle of the driveway. I could not even pull in. He handed me a card and said he needed to get on my roof. He did not make an appointment. He did not explain what he would be doing up there. He did not even introduce himself. When I asked why I wasnt notified, his response was, "You dont need to be here." He spent less than 30 minutes doing whatever he did. He also climbed on a neighbors roof while they were home without even calling. This man doesnt make appointments likely because he deems himself too busy for that, however he does need permission to go on anothers private property. Since he owns the company he likely thinks there will be no repercussions. This person may be in business, but I assure you he is no professional.

They repaired my roof.. All seemed well till 6 months later - leak was back. There is no warrantee on their work.. just the materials.. Nice huh
