WE LOVE THE ACADEMY AT FOREST CROSSINGS!!! I thought I had decided not to return to work after maternity leave, but I made the last minute decision to go back. The hardest part was knowing I would have to leave my newborn baby with someone I had never met. I called around to several recommended facilities, but all had a waiting list for the next year for infants. I made one last call to AFC and they had a family moving and a spot that would be open right when I needed one... I took a tour a few days later and loved the layout of the facility. Every room has big windows, colorful artwork, and many teachers decorate according to classroom themes. Everyone had smiles - teachers and children. I made a registration payment that day to reserve a spot for my infant... First day back, I was a nervous wreck, but tried not to show it. I must have showed it a little bit because everyone was very reassuring that my baby would be ok. They were right! I went back to work and had complete peace of mind. I have worked in several daycares and none compare to the Academy. The director, Erica greets us in the morning with a big smile. Jamie, assist director, greets us the same way in the afternoon. And Tracey, 3rd in command, is always happy and loving on my baby... When it comes to teachers, Ms Emilee has been so wonderful with my baby girl and all of the babies in her care. No matter how her day is going, the babies are happy and loved on. She is a special woman in my daughters life for sure. Like all of the teachers, Ms Emilee sends a daily report via their app that lets me know how much milk was offered/consumed, how many diaper changes/wet or dirty, length of naps, and activites they enjoyed and learned about. I always feel like I am connected to my baby when they send my pictures/videos to my phone, and they also offer access to classroom video surveillance for extra peace of mind. Honestly, I havent opened the app since the first day- that is how confident I am in the care of my child. There is SO MUCH MORE we love about AFC, but I hope this review helps someone decide on the Academy because your child will be VERY loved.

Let me start with saying that this place is beyond great! My daughter came to The Academy with a "not so good" experience with a similar place/program and "The Froggy House" (as she calls it) has met and exceeded every one of our expectations. Erica, the director, as well as our daughters teacher, has been warm, welcoming and a true professional making sure our daughters experience is a positive and engaging one. The facility is 2nd to none and it really is a childs playground inside and out. We have been so impressed that the Academy takes the childrens curriculum so seriously, but makes it SO much fun for the kids. Its always clean, organized, safe and I always feel my daughter is taken care of with multiple learning tools at her disposal. The enrichment classes are fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised with the meal options and variety that is provided for breakfast, lunch and snacks and the attention to nutrition. Lastly, I look forward to the daily update with a picture of her throughout the day along with a detailed summary of the morning and afternoons activities so we can talk about what she learned that day. I recommend The Academy 100%, we can see the intellectual growth, along with the friends she has met, the smile on her face and her excitement each day! Go check it out and you too will see what I mean, The Academy is a such a great place!

the first month was nice.then the problems started once the regular teachers left and they brought substitute teachers who constantly keep changing on a daily basis.with the substitute teachers the daily schedule was in disarray.there were constant problems and they put a bright sunshine face when asked about them as if nothing ever happened.the daycare would have been good if they had teachers who stick to their jobs for a long time rather than continuous turnover for whatever reasons.they got to understand the fact that kids are very sensitive to sudden changes in environment or teachers who bond with very closely. There is no point in paying thousands of dollars for disorganized management who cant even retain their teachers. Putting up a new building with fancy colours and new stuff does not really help if you have teachers changing constantly like a Mc D shift job. Our son really liked the place but we had to pull out because there was no improvement due to their teacher turn over problems.

My family and I love the Academy of Forrest Crossing!!! My son started here in Toddler One without ever being in daycare prior to. The staff here helped him transition SO smoothly and he is now thriving within his classroom! The programs there are so great and he surprises me everyday when i take him home with showing me what hes learned throughout the week!! The level of care and support he gets in his class reaches beyond my expectations. His teachers are very friendly and great at communicating in detail with how hes doing or what hes learning whenever I ask! The pictures/daily review I get throughout the day are a just a bonus!! I would recommend AoFC to any of my friends and family with the great management and teachers that are leading this school!

We LOVE Erica and the entire Academy of Forrest Crossing team!!! Our son has been attending AoFC since they opened and we have been nothing but pleased. We transferred our son from another school and my only regret is not moving him sooner. There is no comparison to the level of care and support he gets from everyone at AoFC- not just from his teacher. Communication with parents is wonderful and consistent- and we have the peace of mind knowing our son is in great hands! I would highly recommend AoFC to anyone looking for a school that is top notch in every aspect. Great programs, great management, and great teachers!!!!

We have been with the Academy of Forrest Crossing since they first opened and have loved our experience with both the staff and teachers. Emma has not only excelled emotionally but also artistically and academically. She was so excited when she first started writing her name and insists on signing any card we send out as a family. We are so excited to see what the future brings as she starts to transition into the 4 year old old very soon. Thank you to all the staff and teachers - you have made this a great experience as our baby becomes such an independent young lady!

We have loved our experience at AOFC! My 3 year old tells me every day about how much fun he had at school that day, which has made going back to work so much easier for me. Being a stay-at-home mother for 2 1/2 years had me nervous about how my son would adjust to a new environment, but he adjusted perfectly thanks to the wonderful staff there. I love all of the pictures, videos, and reports every day that we get. I also absolutely love getting to eat breakfast every morning with my little guy. We are so glad that we made the decision to send our son here!
