LOLOLOL HARRIET BANKS...you wrote your own review!!!!!!! You could have at least done it from someone elses google account. I guess you needed it. LOLOLOL Anyway, First I want to state that my sons teachers were AMAZING! Thats what the 1 star is for. Some of the other staff...unprofessional and unqualified. The owner...UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! I was one of those parent who actually made their payment every Monday. On many occasions I would receive a call stating my payment was never received. HARRIET BANKS (THE OWNER) misplaced my DEC 20th payment. The money order had not been cashed. So I told her I would contact Advance Financial to get a reimbursement. I gave her 3 MONTHS NOTICE that my son would no longer attend her center once she became irate and offended during our conversation. TWO days later I called to let her know what the process of getting the reimbursement back. She wanted to know if my son was still leaving. I told her yes, in March. 5 minutes later she call me back and states that she cant wait on the reimbursement, shell need her money on Monday. LOLOLOL Because I was planning to take my son out her center. So, I get off of my job (for the white man as HARRIET BANKS poetically stated) to speak to HARRIET BANKS. I go in to her office and state the obvious ( she only wanted the reimbursement on Monday because of my decision to dis-enroll my son from her center). At this point shes opened her office door. Once again gets she loud and then she threatened to call the police on ME??? LOL The 3 teachers she has working for her are stand right outside the door. They could not once hear me raise my voice or become aggressive towards HARRIET BANKS. THE OWNER HARRIET BANKS was the aggressor and was so unprofessional. Never have I had the experiences that Ive had with this woman. I see why HARRIET BANKS has a business thats doing so poorly. She wanted to make sure I knew she "OWNED" the building. Thats good for her. But you know what would be better? Having more than 6 kids in a 99 capacity "owned" building. Nevertheless, Good Luck HARRIET BANKS & Thank you for breaching our contract. ! My journey at Step by Step is over.

This dayvare is totally unreasonable. First of all I had an emergency and needed them for three days for which I was charged $175. Then Ms Kim told me they closed at 5:30. What daycare closes that early? When i expressed concern for this she sd she would stay free of charge the first evening but afterwards it would be $5 for every MINUTE we were late.After I decided my son was not going back they decided to tell me I would have to pay $150 for the 30 minutes we were late that first evening. When I explained to the owner that Ms Kim agreed to stay for free she sd that Ms Kim needed to be paid. I basically told her to go jump in a lake when she threatened me with collections. Oh and BTW these people provide no meals either.

The director mrs banks is so mean. My daugther was going there since she was 13 months until 4 years old and mrs banks was accusing my baby girl of stealing toys from her daycare not know that it might be some other kids but no she said that it was my baby girl. She has no patience with the kids and she is racist. My daughter would say that she grab her by the arms and left her up. She is the only one that would complain about my baby girl. For anyone that is thinking about putting your child in this place dont. The caregivers are sweet and lovable with the kids but MRS BANKS is NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady there ms banks Is so mean and evil as Well as money hungry and selfish she harasses you over $5 looses your payments and seems to have different workers every week my child didnt learn anything at all just came home with scratches and bite marks every other week and not one teacher could explain to me what happened to my child. They dont provide meals or do any age appropriate enrichment activities for $155 a week I dont even know what they are charging for. Dont send your kids here unless you dont care for your kids thats how horrible this place is.

This child care center incredible ignorant and unprofessional. Bank the owner is very greedy and unprofessional. my son comes with bruises scratches. if she ever says she give you discount once when you decided to leave show make yourself pay it back. Dont Take your child there!!!

I came here for a tour, I have a 9 month old. They took me to the infant room the caregiver there seemed nice. But I honestly didnt like the place its old.
