NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! The place is filthy , I encourage you to visit their restrooms ! There was only ONE teacher supervising the kids (10) in the opening time while also making breakfast , The kids WERE watching TV with no supervision. There is NO water stand for the kids to drink GOOD water, the teachers will offer tap water, and we all know the quality of those. You will NOT be able to drop by and visit your child unless you had set it up with the head teacher who never seem to be around! I wasnt looking for a religious day care , yet my child was forced to pray! I was clearly told that even though the name Good Shepard the day care is not religious. Clearly a LIE This place is horrible and I wouldnt recommend it to any responsible parent.

My son went here for a few months and it was not a great experience. While the owner seemed nice she was never really there enough to watch the staff. I witnessed teachers hitting and jerking children. After reporting them the owner stated that they couldnt see it on the cameras so they just "talked to the staff"! My son was in a baby class and was the oldest one and they couldnt put in him in the correct class due to lack of teachers. I also picked my son up on two separate occasions when he had a VERY high fever and his face was bright red, everyone acted like they had no idea. I will never send my child or recommend anyone elses children to go there.

STAY AWAY HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND! CHilda to teacher ratio is terrible if your child is a baby or toddler expect them to be crying most of the day. None of the kids seem happy, they turnover rate with staff is horrible so your child is always seeing a new face, its dirty etc. I seem kids and toddlers slip and hit their head the staff either ignored it or continued talking on the phone until they were done. No incident reports are filled out if your child gets hurt. Ms. Maryam and Ms. Rhoda are good people but the company needs to hire a competent and professional staff if they are going to continue to stay open.

This the best place in the world! I love all of the staff especially the director! When I come in to drop off my son the atmosphere is buzzing with excitement and the aroma of a home cooked meal!! My kid loves it he never wants to go home and neither do I. Everyone one there goes above and beyond my expectations. I am a single dad And they have become a critical part of my sons life providing him with a safe healthy loving learning environment.I just could not imagine raising my son successfully with out such a great support system from Rosie's play school.

I love this place, great teachers, safe and clean. Management is much better now! !! Great prices as well. But I love the fact that this is a religious daycare (or school what my kids call it). They pray more without me having to ask, which is amazing. My kids learn so much, they love their teachers & friends (thats what you want when you have to drop your children off all day with people) &&& the people love my kids too. This place is amazing and I am glad my kids go there, def recommend your kids to go their too. ☆☆☆☆☆

Terrible. Terrible. Teachers are constantly in and out. No consistency. My child was coming home with marks and bruises and no one could tell me What happened. No supervision. The place is dirty. Unorganized. children run around like crazy and never listen to teachers. Finally pulled my daughter out and made a police report because my daughter had a hand mark on her back. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE.

Came here for a tour and it smelled bad, when I say bad I mean BAD! they took me to the infant room, there was two teachers there one was very quiet didnt say much didnt even greet herself the other just sat there and didnt even let me look around. (The infant room is super small thas probaly why) if you have high expectations for your child this is not the place. Its old and dirty.

Atmosphere is great...a big change in mangement. Would recommend to anyone whos looking for a center you can trust. People are pleasant and the center is nice. Walked in today to re enroll my son again and management was superior and friendly!

I loved this daycare until the new management took over. When all the teachers quit, I knew it was time to pull my child. These teachers had been there for years and were great teachers so something must not have been right.

I enrolled my son when he was 6 weeks old and from the very start I knew I had found the perfect place for him. The teachers are great and the prices are affordable.

The place is very Christian and very affordable. The teachers are great. They eat good complete breakfast and lunches and they pray before they eat. I love it.
