This daycare is AMAZING!!!!! Clean, reasonably priced and the teachers are so loving. I can go in anytime and am always welcomed. What they teach the children is incredible and they encourage the parents to interact with each other as well. Great PTO and lots of activities after hours for the whole family. Ms. Lisa and Ms. Kathy have put together an amazing staff. I would recommend the Cool Springs KinderCare to anyone. One thing I love is that the children know all the teachers. It is one big family there. Check it out...you will see what Im talking about. Top notch!

Our son is 3 years old and has been going to this Kindercare for the past 2 1/2 years, and we love it. Hes had a few different daycare teachers during this time, and all of them really seem to enjoy playing with them. The facility is always clean and seems to have improved a bit under the new director who started a year or so ago. I would recommend it to anyone, especially considering that theyre cheaper than most daycares in the area, yet still maintain a high quality of care that we were hoping for when we put him there 2 1/2 years ago.

I love this place, it has an open setting they dont kick you out and make you wonder about whats behind closed doors! Anytime I want I can go eat lunch, visit, and/or just stare at my child in his crib. The infant team there is GREAT everytime I come in my lil man is smiling or eating! he is only 5 months and when I drop him off he doesnt even look around for me, he is calm and relaxed. kindercare is clean loving and reasonably priced! As a new mom I could not ask for more! -Bria

I would give zero stars if I could. My son hasnt gone there in about 6 months and maybe its better now but we came in twice to pick him up (on time) and he was laying on the floor face down crying. He was 10 months at the time. The second time the staff member was vacuuming. We brought it to the attention of the staff and the seemed very nonchalant. I was extremely upset and do not recommend this daycare to anyone!
