This place really deserves no stars at all. My second time attempting to find work after being laid off and this experience was even worse than the first time. I registered a week and a half ago (the last Friday of Dec. 2016), the supposedly short process took an hour and a half to complete even though my information was still in the system. So I was told to come back last Wednesday for orientation, Kevani is who I was talking to. So again two hours of my time was wasted sitting through orientation. When orientation ended, me and three others were actually told about two job offers. Of the two, the one I chose Kevani guaranteed I would be starting either two days later (Friday) or on Monday. She said she was waiting to here back from the employer either Wednesday or Thursday and she would call me to come back and finish the process so I could begin work. She said it could take up to Friday to "just be patient". I never heard a word back. So I decided to call today (Monday) and find out what was going on. Turns out Kevani is a sales person AND doesnt even work at the Goodletsville Branch. I then talked to Mary Ann at 12 today (Monday) about the situation and the job. She too said she would call me back later on and let me know something. And again i hear nothing back. So I call back at 4 and Melissa answers, i ask for Mary Ann and shes left for the day lol (Im getting pissed at this point). So I inform Melissa of whats going on and that Im getting no answer about anything, so she says shell find out about the job and for me to call back at 4:50 before they close at 5. I call back and Christine answers, I ask for Melissa whom again I unable to talk to as she (Christine) says that the company now isnt hiring ((after Kevani AND Mary Anne saying they definitely were and our application had been submitted to the employer)) at this time and essentially tells me to come in again tomorrow to go through the same process all over again. No thanks. People Link are utterly disgraceful and I DO NOT, I DO NOT recommend this place at all. If youre looking for work avoid People Link, if you have nothing but time to waste and gas to burn then People Link is the place for you. Disregard the star, its only there because I cant put 0 stars.
