My experience, with Insight Global LLC. was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. No care in the world of a promise that was made to me. They were so unfair to what was done. I was promised a job position, received "Congratulation Letter" on your new job, passed the Drug Test and Background Check, plus a start date, this is what I was told". But, the one thing I noticed, up-to getting close to the start date, My recruiter just stop calling, no communication. In trying to keep a professional communication with him, I mean, hey, Im apart of their team. My recruiter, didnt call me, to tell me, that I didnt even have the job, plus, I still havent heard from him, on another promised that he made to me. Thats not right, to mess around with peoples lives, and not even have the professionalism to apologize for what that promise did to me and my family. It was truly unfair.

If you want workers who are barely competent enough to dress themselves, Insight can help! For the past couple of months I have had a unique look into the staffing efforts by Insight and its HORRIBLE. I have worked with several short-term staffing companies in the past and its all degrees of bad. Essentially these companies want to get as many candidates hired as possible, so they lie, coach and ram them down your throat. Insight takes it to the next level. They get you staffed quick.... BUT... those new employees will show up half of the time, expect to get paid for all of the time and work ten percent of the time. You would probably be better off picking up homeless people up off the street, either way they are going to show up, except the former doesnt require you paying Insight.

Very unhappy with my experience with Insight Global. I was told there was no flexibility on wages, only to find out that other temps in the same position are being paid $3 more an hour than I am. I received essentially no communication from them, with the exception of one day when the recruiter jumped down my throat via text for arriving at 9 instead of 8 (even though I stayed the full 8 hours). Upon receiving a full time position elsewhere, I contacted Insight Global to inform them of my last day and thank them for the opportunity and I couldnt even get a response from them. Extremely disappointed with this experience

My recruiter Lindsay is very professional and helpful when needed however, I dont really need her that much because everything runs so smoothly. I am grateful to Insight for all they have done for me and my career. It literally changed my life I have a tremendous amount of respect for this Nashville team. They are competent, professional people and its very much appreciated.

This is the worst temp to hire Place ever Ive been calling asking about my money for the past 3 days and they keep sending me to voicemail they dont pick up the phone no more and every time I called they hang up on me so please dont waste your time and then they tell you you working for $12 an hour next thing you know you working for $9 hour this not right and I honestly feel like its a racist thing going on. And then they tell me to stop calling them how rude is that

They are the worse staffing company ever the tell you they have a great opportunity then never place you they have been doing me this way for the past year. I will never ever send anyone their way they are a disgrace, its crazy reading all the comments that the ones who didnt get placed on a job were black and the ones with good reviews are white because they have been placed. I guess racism is still going on

They dont like to pay employees when suppose to. When its not the employees fought.and they refuse to pay them and hold checks and not pay employees weekly like suppose to, and when employees do what they are suppose to. And dont understand without paychecks employees cant get to work.
